CNCC is committed to providing your child with a developmentally sound program that is consistently of the highest quality. Our Center is Accredited by the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs. Parents are encouraged to participate in all facets of our Center from daily communication with your child's caregiver, to serving on our board of Directors.

We offer a safe, happy environment for your children to learn and grow. We have large play areas, both inside and out. We are open Monday through Friday, from 6:30 am - 6:00 pm. We supply breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack, and have a contract with the Child Care and Adult Food Program for the nutritious meals we serve.
Services
Developmentally Appropriate Practice: Projects and activities are both age appropriate as well as individually appropriate for each child's developmental level. Teachers will provide opportunities for the children to explore and create that are consistent with their age and their development. Different Learning Styles: We believe that it is important to understand that children learn in different ways.

Both of my children have been through this school. They continue to return for the school agers program every summer. The staff is extremely professional, and are always looking out for the children. Highly recommend!

I am a staff member and a parent of a child in this center. I have had nothing but a positive experience working and being part of the CNCC family. The staff and higher faculty are fully invested in their families and staff are appreciated tremendously here! I've never felt more comfortable with the hands my child is in even from an inside perspective. If you have the opportunity to claim a spot for your child here or looking for childcare employment this is my first reccomendation.

I worked at County North for a few months this past year... I had fun while working there, but I had quite a few problems. I reported another staff member THREE days after starting.. and for a GOOD reason, and nothing was done. I then found out that that wasn't her first time being reported, and the first woman who reported her had to wait 3 days to get a copy of the report, because they "couldn't find it." This woman that I reported is good friends with the director and a few of the people that are higher up in the company. This woman pulled a little girl by the back of her shirt from the bathroom

We had a terrible experience at this daycare. The director lacks professionalism and any level of business acumen. The child/teacher ratio is extremely skewed during evening pick up, and it is obvious the few teachers present during that time are overwhelmed with the number of children they are responsible for. The children (of varying age groups) are herded together in either in one room during the winter or inclement weather, or out on the playground during nicer weather. There were several occasions when I picked my child up without the teachers noticing me there, and certainly no acknowledgement
