Services
Shining Stars has been serving the community since July of 1994 under the direction of owner and president Stella Penizotto. Shining Stars Daycare, Inc. has three convenient locations: East Syracuse, Liverpool and Manlius. We serve ages six weeks through twelve years. In East Syracuse and Manlius, we are open from 6:30am to 6:00pm.

We have been on the wait list for this daycare since about May 2015. Our little one was due to arrive in November 2015. Then in October 2015 we were told there might be a spot opening up in May 2016.
Then in April 2016 we were told there was one more family ahead of us that might take the May spot. If they do then the next spot would be opening up in July 2016. In April 2016 we took a tour of the center, met with teachers and had a meeting with the director. We were informed that the other family would take the spot and the next available spot is in July for us. Months go by and after inquiring
