Thank you for your interest in Chittenango Child Care Center, Inc! Please check out our website to see what we're all about! The mission of the Chittenango Child Care Center, Inc (CCCCI) is to provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for the children who are entrusted in our care. We believe that children learn and grown best in an environment where play and active exploration forms the basis of the program.

Learning is an active, hands-on process in which each child progresses through a sequence of stages at his or her own rate. A child's growing need for self-direction and autonomy are respected, while their need for adult supervision is fulfilled.
Services
Chittenango Child Care Center first opened its doors back in 1988. We are a not-for-profit childcare program providing quality care in the community. Located on Tuscarora Road, the Center strives to provide developmentally appropriate care, which promotes the cognitive, physical, social, emotional, and language development of each child.
The Toddler program provides a safe, healthy, and exciting learning environment for toddlers to be able to grow and develop. The Toddler program follows the Creative Curriculum. The Creative Curriculum provides a blueprint that outlines how children learn, where they are developmentally, and what appropriate goals are for their first three years of life.
The program follows the Creative Curriculum and provides an opportunity for the children to have a choice in their environment, to explore, and learn freely through play. Their day is filled with literacy, music, dramatic play, science, music, art, developmentally appropriate games, manipulatives, gross motor time, and large and small group activities.
CCCCI offers children ages 5-10 an opportunity to interact with peers in a fun environment. We offer children a variety of activities surrounding a weekly theme. After School: Children are transported from school to the program by bus and arrive at the center at approximately 3:15 each day. Children are given the opportunity to wind down with a provided snack and free choice time or centers.
