Services
You work hard to ensure that your furry family member has the best possible life. That's why partnering with a veterinary provider who genuinely cares for you both is so important. At Town Center Veterinary Associates, we are proud to offer a comprehensive range of services to address your pet's specific veterinary needs.
Like all of our clients, we think of our pets as family, and that's why it can be so difficult to see them in pain. At Town Center Veterinary Associates, we are here to give you hope and offer progressive solutions in diagnosing and treating your pet. We have helped hundreds of patients that suffer from back pain, osteoarthritis, hip dysplasia, disc disease, and other acute and chronic health problems.
Imagine if you never brushed your teeth or had them cleaned. Pretty frightening, right? As you can imagine, things would eventually start to go very, very bad inside your mouth: teeth would rot and decay, gums would become inflamed and infected. Bacteria from those rotting teeth would eventually travel into your bloodstream and could cause other serious health problems.
Your pet's health is always our number one priority, which is why for most pets we recommend annual wellness exams to ensure that your animal companion remains in good health. If your pet is a senior-over seven for dogs, over nine for cats-we strongly suggest twice-yearly exams and blood screenings.
It can be hard to admit when we see the signs of old age in our animal companions, but the fact is that most dogs are considered seniors when they hit seven, cats around nine. Pets age much more rapidly than humans, which means diseases and illness progress quicker as well.
To ensure that your pet has the longest, healthiest, most comfortable life possible, Town Center Veterinary Associates encourages you to bring your senior pet for exams and blood tests twice each year. This way, we can track how your pet is aging, and we'll be more likely to catch any developing diseases before they're big problems.

I have 2 cats and a puppy and we all love Town Center Vet (cats not so much lol). The staff is wonderful! Everyone is so kind and friendly! As a new dog owner I feel like I have lots of questions and everyone is always so nice and helpful. Prices are reasonable and they always tend to have open availability. They even squeezed us in when we had an emergency. We trust the doctors here and highly recommend for your veterinary needs!

We just moved to the area and we have a large dog and two cats who were due for their yearly checkups and boosters. I scheduled separate appointments for all three and we were very happy with the great service received on every visit. I think staff understands how stressful vet visits can be for felines compared to dogs which made a huge difference in the service we received. I had never experienced special treatment for cats at a vet and it felt like ours were treated like royalty.
Happy to have found our new primary vet in the first try!

After moving to Howell in 2016 I started taking my dog Ava to Town Center Vet. They are up front about pricing and accept Care Credit. After already dealing with SARDS and blindness for a year, Ava developed more problems that she did not recover from. I will always remember and appreciate how caring and supportive everyone was. They provided a ceramic cast of Ava’s paw print and a sympathy card signed by everyone there. It means a lot to me. Thank you all!

My animals have been coming to this practice since we moved to howell 7 years ago . Before the practice was sold I never had a problem here . Fast forward to now ...My dog was prescribed the wrong medication and they really acted like it was no big deal that my dog had been taking a muscle relaxer for a week instead of an antibiotic . It also seems they have a lot of floating temp vets now at the office so it’s not often I see the same vet unless I happen to make an apt ona day that the old owner , Jackie pozniak (who is an absolute gem of a vet )still “helps” out and sees pts
