We do work off of appointments so that Dr. Diehr will have ample time to fully assess your pet's best course of care. Please call our clinic to speak with our reception team during business hours to make an appointment for your pet. While emergencies do happen we are NOT a walk-in 24 hour clinic, please call us, we do make every effort to accommodate your emergencies, however it is not always possible or in the best interest of your pet.

My dog had her rabies vaccine appt this morning. I had my almost 2 year old and my 9 week old with me as well. While I walked into the lobby my dog rushed in and somehow tripped me. I fell as well and dropped the baby in his car seat 😣. Rolled my ankle ( my dramatic self was sure it was broken). The AMAZING team came to my rescue. They got me ice, took my dog, held my baby and took all of my stuff into the waiting room. They checked on me while waiting for the doctor. They also walked us out of the building to help. Love this office. Vet actually takes time to talk to you and answer all your questions. Prices aren't unreasonable, compared to many other places. They can always get my furkids in soon, too. At my last vet, you'd have to schedule 4 months out. This place has its sh*t together.

Performed a procedure/injection without permission or consultation.
I was very disappointed in my last visit here with my cat. She was having what we believed to be allergy issues, and brought her in to be looked at. Instead of being consulted and talked to a vet about what was going on they just gave her a steroid.
We’ve since been to a different vet, which is much further away. However in our two visits we’ve been consulted at length with what was going on and what they thought the best process going forward would be.
I will not be coming back. ( which is a bummer because it is so close

I have been bringing my dogs to mill pond animal hospital for over 18 years. I have had nothing but great service, by compassionate staff and of course Dr. Diehr. I can't say enough about how wonderful they have been to me and my dogs. Dr. Diehr has saved one of my dogs life many times over, who had a lot of health issues. He is full of knowledge and explains health issues in detail. I completely recommend their care and services for your pets.
