So disappointed with the Animal Clinic. I have called them twice this month trying to schedule my cat to be seen because of a urgent health issue (2 different situations) and not only did they say they couldn't fit her in ... they said they had no record of her or my previous pets. My cat was spayed there and I still had the pain meds prescription bottle at home. Just a disappointment. I called another local vet and they are going to squeeze my poor cat in today. Animal Clinic you need to do better.

I made an appointment for my dog who has been a patient here for years and was told they had “curbside” appts only. When I arrived I was told my dog would be brought in but I could not go in with him, even with a mask, and that the vet would communicate with me by phone after the exam. The vet tech came out to get my dog but couldn’t get him to budge, she told me I would have to get him in the door, which I did. There was no one in the waiting room, yet I was not allowed in. After waiting in my car for 45 min the vet called regarding

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Value
We took our golden there for the first time who has hypothyroidism. Very caring and Dr. Segar addressed all of our concerns and took her time with us. Staff is also great! They also sent me an estimate of cost for our next appointment which I think is awesome! Highly recommend!
