We have been living here since end of May and have had major issues with parking. Both my roommate and I have called 3 times to be put on a months long waiting list only for our names to not be “saved”, therefore putting us at the bottom of the list all 3 times. This is extremely inconvenient as parking downtown is already difficult and upon move in we were told parking wasn’t an issue. Will definitely be moving out at the end of our lease and wouldn’t recommend living here if you have a car.

Live here if you like to listen to a fire alarm go off every other week. Mitchell is the only redeeming quality of this place.
Edit: The fire alarm has gone off 4 times in March alone. Always at night. Always a false alarm. Management has done nothing to deal with this and residents are expected to simply put up with it.

Mitchell single handedly holds this place together, I have never met someone so prepared and outstanding at their job. He is willing to go above and beyond for all of the people who currently, and previously lived at The Moderne. Although, it seems as if the leasing office and upper management is pretty unorganized, the great hospitality at the front door always makes up for it. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great location in downtown Milwaukee.

I just recently moved to the moderne and I couldn’t be happier. I’m having the best time! It is in a great location, and the view from our apartment is breathtaking. I haven’t had any problems with noise from my neighbors. Amber in the leasing office was so helpful with the move and answering all my questions. Also, maintenance has responded very quickly to my requests. I highly recommend moving here, you won’t regret it!

I moved into The Moderne last month and could not be happier with my decision! I've lived in multiple apartments in Milwaukee and they don't come close to the experience I'm having here.
Everyone I encountered, from Christa in the Leasing Office to Mitchell the concierge could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful. I read the negative comments on Google, but it's clear the staff took the comments to heart and completed a highly successful internal restructure.
On top of an excellent staff, the quality of living here is remarkable. My apartment is spacious, high quality, and you can't beat
