I lived at Yankee Hill for over 3 years now. I only left because I was looking for bigger place with In Unit Laundry. All staff at the office, maintenance and house keeping are very Kind and great at what they… do. All maintenance requests are responded timely and completed on time, they go above and over for tenants. Great care was taken in hygiene during Covid times. East facing apartments have amazing lake views, it practically looks like an ocean view. Proximity to Metro Market, HOP and 3rd ward is a plus, everything is walkable.

I lived at Yankee Hill for the good part of 10 years. The staff was always very personable and quick to respond to any concern. The workout facilities were well taken care of, and the maintenance staff was excellent. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to live in downtown Milwaukee.

Lived here on two separate occasions spanning over 3 years in both a 1 and 2 bedroom. The layout and size for both units was quite accommodating. The location is one of the best in down town milwaukee being within walking distance of nearly everything. The amenities and staff are all worthy of a 5 star rating. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a short or long term lease in the Milwaukee area.

After touring 5 apartment complexes in Milwaukee, Yankee Hill was my first choice by far and after 3 years here I am still very happy with the decision. The first thing friends and family notice about my place is the wonderful view! I probably most appreciate the location and regularly walk to Matro Market, Jazz in the Park, 3rd Street bars,… Bradley Center, Brady Street, Third Ward restaurants, and regularly run down to Lake Michigan to exercise.
Yankee Hill is marginally more expensive than other options in the area, but I feel the money is absolutely worth it. Perks include an evening

I absolutely love living at Yankee Hill. I have been here for two years and just resigned my lease for another year. The complex is in the perfect location and is close to Metro Market, bars and restaurants, Cathedral Square and many of the employers downtown. The units have been renovated nicely and the bay windows are an awesome feature. The free… coffee in the mornings and cookies are Thursday are also a plus :) Moreover, the leasing office and the security guards are amazing! They are extremely friendly and willing to help out with whatever you need. If you are looking for a place to

I lived at Yankee Hill for two years and the only reason I'm leaving is because I want to be closer to work in the suburbs. You honestly can't beat the location or amenities of this place. The staff is always willing to hold a package and on numerous occasions, fed and watered my pets while I was out of town. The grounds are beautifully landscaped,… the indoor pool/hot tub/sauna are clean, the views are great, and the apartments are well-sized. Maintenance was always done quickly and it's within walking distance to literally everything you could want downtown.
I'm going to miss living here

The whirlpool was filthy and the window was missing on the sauna door. Other common areas appeared well taken care of and apartment was quiet.
