Tom and Lesley Parisi built and opened South Branch Animal Hospital in 2011. They started practicing in Dr. Tom's home state of New Jersey after several years of experience in busy practices the husband and wife team were ready for their own venture in veterinary medicine. Dr. Tom is a 2006 graduate and Dr. Lesley is a 2007 graduate of Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Brittany (Ours) Winslow is the daughter of Delmas and Sandy Ours of Purgitsville, WV. Dr. Winslow graduated from the University of Georgia Veterinary School in 2015. She has interests in all aspects of veterinary medicine and is a great asset to our team. Dr. Winslow has two herding dogs and she enjoys discussing with other working dog owners activities to keep their mind active and healthy.

Our appointment schedule is computerized, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come in immediately.

We had an emergent issue with a goat, and they were able to get us in very quickly.

Pets undergoing surgery at South Branch Animal Hospital are treated like our own. We ask that you withhold food after 10 pm the night before surgical procedures, water is fine to be continued. Drop off for surgery is the day of between 8:30am-9am. Spay and Neuter pets generally go home the same day, generally after 4:30 pm (we are open until 7pm on surgery days unless special notice has been given).

South Branch's service and compassion are second to none. They have always worked with us when our animals needed immediate care as well as routine services. Their hours are very accommodating and they are one of the few veterinarians that are open on Saturdays. They have shown such compassion when we have had to make difficult decisions. We have 100% complete trust in them.

If you want a vet that will see your pet in an emergency situation, this is not the place to go. I called on Saturday morning about 10:30 to see if they could see my cat. She was in critical condition. I was told that they could not fit her in, I had to take her to Winchester 24 hour clinic. She was already an established patient of South Branch. I had taken her there a few months back because she was having trouble walking and jumping. She would try to jump and fall. I was told that she was acting like she was in heat which didn't make sense because she was fixed. I was told that sometimes when

I have been taking all of my schnauzers and rescue foster schnauzer dogs to this vet hospital for 8 years. I highly recommend them. They offer grooming service in addition to comprehensive veterinary care. The entire staff are friendly and helpful to our family.
