What a great shop in the staff is really kind and helpful. Prices are pretty amazing and got a hell of a deal on a new TV. Will definitely be back to purchase more

I was told when I took my laptop to Best Buy it would take five to six weeks to repair and cost $275, all for the simple problem of the charging jack no longer being functional. I need my laptop for work and that was unacceptable. I talked to Frank himself and he quoted me a week and around $150. Sure enough, it was fixed in that amount of time and only cost $160. I was so happy and my laptop is perfectly fixed. I will definitely be returning here for any future issues and also be recommending it to friends and family!

Great staff and they have a lot of inventory but they seek out fast due to the good prices. They give you a 1 year warranty. I bought a HISENSE 58 inch from them in august and the tv went bad, I just brought it back to them in the original packaging and they quickly exchanged it for another one. I also ended up buying a Vizio 50 inch from them that same day cause of the price I couldn't pass up. Good honest people doing good honest business. Easily giving them 5 stars

Absolutely a gem of the IE. I got a killer deal on a smart TV, with a fantastic warranty. I will absolutely be back. I made a decision so shop small this year and these guys are worth the drive.

Great place to buy a tv for a great price with knowledgeable and dependable staff, I purchased my 65" Hisense from here and will recommend everyone I can to help support this local business.

So my initial experience here was "miscommunication"between the store and I but I'm a true believer in if the job is done right then it got done! So with that my 2nd repair and more clarity of repair time as a customer I will be returning with my 3rd item to be for fixed. As for repair time schedule and constraints as a customer DO CONSIDER THE FACT THAT IT TAKES TIME FOR PARTS !! So chill be patient and he can fix I think almost anything that's electronics.

Very late post, but I haven't had the time for this review until now. I wouldn't recommend this place at all! Frank was very unprofessional!! I took my computer because one side of my computer frame was coming apart. He told me and my sister it would be ready by Friday. I stopped by on that Friday and Frank wasn't there, his assistant/partner was, and when I asked about my computer, his assistant/partner gave it to me in pieces. Frank and Ricardo helped me out big time on choosing a TV for my room. They have really good deals, and it's really easy to get accepted through their credit line. Would definitely recommend anybody in the area to come by and visit the shop for great deals!

It is great that we have found this store. My wife and I are very happy with the prices and services from the owners, Frank and Ricardo. The same day we bought the washer and dryer and 65 inches TV., they delivered to our home on the same afternoon and installed them with professionalism and friendly services. I'm extremely disappointed.
Originally spoke with the owner Frank and the Sharp TV I purchased started giving me problem, so I called them and Frank said he'll replace it. Great, right? So one of the workers named Steve was suppose to deliver the TV and pick up the broken one. "As planned" since the first TV was delivered. So, Steve never brought the TV. He kept saying he was 15 min away every 30 min. He made me cancel my plans and waited past 10:30pm to call me and said he was in an accident and his truck didn't want to start and had the nerve to ask if I could pick up

I've had my laptop computers and game systems all repaired by Frank's PC Repair. He's an honest hardworking family man. I highly recommend franks PC repair for all your computer repair needs.

I was originally going to go to Quality Plus Computer since it's very close to me, but they were busy today so I decided to give Frank a shot. I'm so glad things worked out this way. Frank is professional, courteous and price competitive. He's my computer guy from here on out. Highly recommended.

My laptop was experiencing a problem with the dc jack and many places were hesitant in helping me out but not Frank. He took the time to find a solution to my problem and excelled. Turnaround time for the repairs was same day which is a beautiful thing!

What I appreciate the most about Frank is that he does not have a cookie cutter approach with his customers. It was all about being honest and open without up selling and pressuring me into unnecessary repairs.

Prices: every project of his is different and so are the prices. Where he takes the cake is the competitive and solid pricing he offers

I called Frank and explained the issue I had with my parent's computer. He told me to come by and he will take a look. To make a long story short...he fixed the computer witthin 15 minutes and the computer booted up perfectly with no issues. A true professional in my eyes and worth the trip from La Puente.

It is at his house but it's in his garage and he runs it very professional. I don't even feel like it's a business and more like a friend doing me a favor. Highly highly recommended!! Better than geek squad and any other PC repair places. I wish everyone provided great service like this.
