Just writing to express appreciation of your help with my ailing computer last month. You are quite knowledgeable, competent and pleasant to interact with. You definitely went beyond the call of duty to spend considerable time with me to salvage as much from the computer as possible, and as well, to suggest what I should look for when buying a new computer.
When our computer stopped functioning all together a week ago, I didn't know whom to turn to. When I received your coupon in the mail, I decided to at least call you and see what you could do. I was pleasantly surprised to find that you helped me try several things with your phone guidance. When that didn't work, you promptly came to my home and worked for some time.
The computer is working perfectly after the various services you did to make it that way. I could not have asked for more. You completed all of the work professionally and timely. You were informative in answering questions I had and together we got all of the tasks accomplished that I wanted to complete.
Wouldn't it be nice not to have to unplug everything from your computer to bring it to a shop for service? I can come to your home or business and service your computer right there! Save yourself the hassle of delivering and picking up your computer by having us service it where it lives. I am writing to thank you for you wonderful service.
Be very careful if surfing the web. There are a lot of tainted websites out there that can take control just by visiting the site. If that happens, the best thing to do is to unplug the computer from power immediately and remove the battery if it is a laptop. This is a drastic measure and you will lose any unsaved data, but it has saved my bacon on more than one occasion.

I wanted to take advantage of my home being wired for ethernet by connecting our computers; however, I couldn't figure out how to do the setup. Online sources were not very helpful - sparse on details and often conflicting. Mike @ My Computer Guy completed the set-up in a matter of minutes. He was knowledgeable and pleasant. Would definitely call him next time I need tech support!

My Computer Guy staff are always friendly and helpful. I don't go anywhere else for my computer problems. They're always upfront about whether or not it's better to fix or buy a new computer and they will take care of transferring all your data from your old computer to your new one. My mother needed a new computer and they even recommended a model that they thought would best suit her needs! Great company!

These guys are amazing! Life savers! I dropped my laptop on a jobsite and they were able to replace the broken case and make it look and work like new again. Very fortunate to have a local business that provides excellent service and great value. We will use them for all of our computer issues going forward.

I wasn't sure my home system was set up correctly. Mike came out and spent an hour running tests and looking at our equipment. Turns out I'd done a good job but he educated me on some things I could do differently and gave me some troubleshooting tips as well. Well worth the time and money for the peace of mind! And he kept the conversation low tech so I could follow him. Thanks Mike!!

Was attacked by one of those viruses that locked up my PC with a bogus message from "Windows" telling me to call a number in order to save all my vital information. I called Mike and dropped my box off at his place that same day. He had it ready for me the next day. He gave me some written tips on how to avoid this from happening again. Charges were very reasonable. I would definitely take my equipment to him in the future if problems arise.

I'm a klutz. With everything. All the time. I am not even surprised when I find a random bruise on myself bc I walk into things so often. I digress.
I was unpacking books onto a bookshelf and had my computer on the bottom shelf playing music (did I mention I'm also not the brightest bulb?). One of the shelves fell and dropped twenty or so books onto my computer and it stopped working shortly thereafter (surprise, surprise).

Awesome job. I took my computer in to Mike when I though the hard drive had gone out. It turns out it was much worse than that and the computer was not repairable. I did not want to buy a new computer because I really wanted one with Windows 7. Mike sold me a Windows 7 PC for a very reasonable price. He even made some custom modifications to it for me. Between the time I called Mike and the time I was back up and running was less than 24 hours. I would recommend My Computer Guy to anyone.

My email (Outlook) stopped working - PANIC. I found Mike online. He was located close to my house so I called him and set up appointment to go take my laptop in. He works out of his (so do I) and that was comforting to me. Anyway, he opened my laptop and attempted to open Outlook and said something like, "This is not a good sign." - so much for reassurance. He asked me if i could leave my laptop and I told him I could. He told me he would see what he could do and call me. A couple hours later he calls and tells me it's "all fixed". Well, its been several months

I have to say he did a great job. My power supply was fried from recent power surges and I couldn't get the new quite put back in. He took me in same day and got everything hooked back up. I did have another issue that due to Mike taking me in last minute didn't have a goop that needed to be put on my heat sink. But he told me exactly what I needed to do and where to get the goop. Needless to say, I'm writing this review off my now fixed comp. And the best part he didn't over charge me which was great. I will definitely be going back to him for future issues!!!
