Steve has an exceptionally good small business. Yesterday I took him my laptop which had a crashed hard drive. Later in the day he called me with a diagnosis and repair options. The first thing this morning he called to say it was already fully repaired! The total cost was about half what I anticipated, and I am writing this review on my better-than-before laptop. I can see why he has earned a 4.9 rating on Google. Call me a solid 5!

I have been doing business with Steve for several years now. Bought a custom built computer for doing CAD drawings. Its the best computer I have ever had. When I do need to have it cleaned up or something added he has been very reasonable with price and getting it done quickly so I can get back to work.

Fantastic service - my laptop got wet and I was worried about my data. I had hundreds of family photos, videos and important research data stored on it. I was worried it was all gone, Steve was able to recover everything and put it on a new laptop very quickly. Pricing was reasonable, I'm very satisfied. Definitely a go-to for any computer repairs!

Steve was able to quickly discover what was wrong with my computer, and his rates are reasonable. When he discovered additional small issues with my PC, he took care of them but he didn't change his rate for the additional labor. I had my machine back within a day, running better than it has in years, and I couldn't be happier. I only wish he was also an Apple guy so I could bring my wife's computer there, but he happily referred me to another local business to address her needs. Will go here for any PC issues in the future.

I have used Boise Computer Store for 4 years and have never been disappointed in the results. This time another company's online tech (I live an over an hour from town, so I was hoping not to have to take it in) turned a minor issue on my computer into it not booting up at all. Boise Computer Store installed a new drive, backed up and restored all my data, reinstalled drivers, etc for an very reasonable price. They even replaced my power supply and non-working DVD drive and only charged for the parts with no additional labor. It's refreshing to find a business that has good, old fashioned
