Awesome service. We haven’t been able to figure out why our internet at our home is slow even though we pay for very fast internet. Jason identified the issue, purchased the more advanced router we needed, installed it, verified everything was working and ensured us that we could reach out if anything more is needed. I had a blue screen issue on my Lenovo Thinkpad.
Called Idaho PC Solution. Was able to get an appointment on the same day. Jason came directly to my place to fix the laptop issue. Very knowledgeable, humble, helpful, reliable. Charged nominal price.
I had some issue after the fix, Jason came next day to fix that with out any fail.
Would 100% recommend Idaho PC Solution for any PC related issue.

Man oh man... Jason Weaver is a life saver. I called him this morning about my stepson's puzzling PC build that needed a looksie, and not only did he come SAME DAY... when he couldn't fix it, he took it to a colleague who could. He raced as quickly as he could to get the computer back before school got out. Solved all our problems, and did so with professionalism, quality and friendliness. WILL USE AGAIN! Huge fans over here. The kid is happily gaming right now.

Jason was extremely responsive and willing to help immediately. My problem entailed more than an over the phone fix. He was willing to come by and troubleshoot my problem. My problem was out of his control, even so he was able to explain the issue and provide an alternative solution that ended up being 10x cheaper than the option I would have gone with had I not talked to Jason. I am very satisfied with his service and will be recommending him to all friends and family!

I was really skeptical of independent IT people as I used to co-own a systems integrations firm that employed them. I've also been responsible for hiring internal IT professionals in the corporate world for 20 years in my HR career. So, I think I have a good idea of what makes a good one in both of those roles. I have requested help from Jason twice concerning a Brother's printer problem. Both visits resulted in fast, responsive service solving my problems in a very short period of time. I am extremely satisfied with Jason service and would suggest his service anytime.

I called at noon to ask about problems with a computer that had connectivity problems, Jason (working remotely for covid-19) asked me lots of questions before coming over at 3 to help me fix it. After we determined it was a hardware problem, and that he could fix it by replacing the WiFi card, he offered me a loaner while I waited for a couple days. After enjoying the loaner, I told him so, and he gave me a great price on it, with a discount for my old computer. My experience was awesome.
