Built my own computer and messed up my OS somehow. Took my PC in late (4pm). Told me it would take a day or 2. They called me 10 AM next morning and said it was fixed. They even gave me a free SATA cable for my hard drive. They also updated drivers and everything else for games to run smoothly and made sure my build was good. Charged me for an hour what would have taken me 3 or 4. Very worth it. 100% recommend these guys. Very friendly and good service.

I got what I thought was a computer virus and took my laptop to Quick Computer Services in Meridian. Luckily my problem was not as serious as I thought. The service guy fixed the problem in a matter of a few seconds and didn't charge me anything. He could have kept the laptop for a couple days and charged me for the work. I would not have known the difference.
I know now that Quick Computer Services is knowledgeable and HONEST. When I do have a computer problem in the future I am going to Quick Computer Services.

Took my somewhat older homemade gaming PC into these guys when I had a critical error and was dead in the water. My beloved PC would no longer even boot up past the BIOS. I used this PC for both Gaming, School and Work and did not want to live on my laptop until I could afford to build another PC up.
I found these guys online and luckily they were right next to my work. They have great pricing and the turn-around was even better. Upon pickup they took the time to review everything with me, and even help me make a few minor tweaks for quality of life. I could not be happier. I am writing this

We would like to commend Cole, Matt and Mike at Quick Computer Services for fulfilling our requirements for a custom built computer. We provided them with a build spec and they responded with a fair estimate the same day. Following our approval they produced the computer in 5 days that completely met our expectations. We loaded the computer with two large programs without difficulty and they have produced the desired result. The guys at Quick Computer Services in Meridian, ID really ROCK! I've taken 2 laptops and 1 notebook computers that needed to have several things wrong with each. The repairs were quickly fixed and the cost as EXTREMELY reasonable. I'll definitely bring my computer back to them if or when it needs work.

Like so many others out there, the Windows 10 update bricked my desktop! My computer was maybe five years old and had everything I wanted on it. It functioned great until Windows 10 was released. I tried everything to recover, fix, repair it remotely. No dice. I really liked the smaller scale foot print and aesthetic features of this particular model/ brand and didn't want a different desktop. I took it into Quick for a diagnosis. Well...D.O.A. was the verdict. Thanks Windows 10! They refurbished my desktop with a memory, processor, flash drive HD and power source upgrade and...wait

We were traveling thru Boise and needed to transfer data from one broken computer to a new computer. The service we received was excellent!! For you older folks (like me) out there that need computer help, I have the man for you. Sergio at Quick Computer Services is awesome! He is knowledgeable and patient. He has taught me some valuable lessons, especially about keeping my computer safe which gives me peace of mind. My daughter also uses him for her business and feels that he is exceptional in his ability to handle any problem in a quick and efficient way. This place was terrible! One guy nice, the other talks to you like you should know all of his nerdy computer lingo. Took my laptop in because hard drive froze up. Was told they would replace hard drive and try and save my personal files. The next day was called and told my laptop was ready for pickup. Wow! That was quick I thought. Got there only to find that they didn't save any of my files, my touchscreen didn't work and I had been upgraded to windows 10. When I told the nerd my touchscreen was inoperable he said " Oh, that's a touchscreen?" I told them to give me back
