After graduating summa cum laude with distinction from The Ohio State University in 1978, Mike went on to further his education at Harvard Law School. From there, he graduated cum laude in 1981 and has since been practicing law in Ohio, along with various other states, in multiple areas of complex personal injury litigation.
Rob is a partner at Rourke & Blumenthal. He received his undergraduate degree from Wittenberg University in 1997. He is a 2000 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law and has been practicing in Ohio since graduating. Rob began his career defending cases in medical malpractice, intentional tort, and products liability.
Tim is an attorney who cares deeply about his clients and the safety of his community. He focuses his practice on representing victims in civil litigation, including auto and trucking accidents, medical negligence, premise liability, and wrongful death cases. Understanding that every case is important to the parties involved, Tim takes pride in trying to achieve the best possible results for his clients regardless of the size of the case.
Ken Blumenthal obtained his undergraduate degree from Marietta College in 1973. Ken was a probation officer and court director in Marietta before attending Capital University Law School, where he graduated Cum Laude in 1983. Ken returned to Marietta to practice law for 2 years before joining Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur as a defense attorney.

I suffered physical injuries and a concussion from an auto accident in December of 2020. The team, from receptionist to attorneys, were nothing less than stellar, professional, kind, and hard working. The accident and aftermath were extremely stressful; but the Rourkes, Michael Senior and Michael Junior, helped me navigate the process while I focused on healing.
