Buyer beware. Bill ondeck is the worst landlord I’ve ever had. I stayed at 909 California ave, the California apartments for a year a month. He never answered his phone when I was there and severely neglected his tenants. The pipes broke on my to my bathtub a few months in so him and his Bob the builder brother Dave came in, ripped a huge hole in my bedroom wall to gain access to the pipes and never fixed the hole. I had to put my dresser in front of it to hide it. And that was only the beginning. The elevator in that building constantly brakes in the summer. I actually kept track in the month
