I recently visited Diamonds Select in Stoughton, WI to see about having my Mom's Mothers ring restored. The ring is over 40 years old & was in pretty rough shape from all the years my Mom had worn it. There are 7 children in my family, so there is quite a variety of birth stones. The gold was terribly worn down, a stone was missing and all the others were either scratched or had missing prongs. The customer service I received was outstanding in choosing replacement stones in either genuine or lab grown to find just the right fit. When I first saw the ring upon completion, it took my breath away

I have purchased multiple items across the years from Diamonds Select. This time I was looking for an anniversary band for my wife and the selection was amazing! The staff were very helpful and patient as we sorted through the options and selected the ring. At no point did we feel rushed or like we were being given “the sales pitch”. I highly recommend this jewelry store based on selection, price and ease of purchase.

Had 3 rings re-sized, and stone replaced and a chain repaired. I was notified in advanced estimated costs and after I agreed to repairs it was only a couple days when everything was ready. I picked up my pieces and they all look good as the first day I bought them. I enjoy dealing with Diamonds Select, they are always personable and willing to help you with your needs. Unlike big box jeweler's I used to deal with.

Not only did Diamonds Select help us with selecting the perfect wedding ring, their prices are far beyond fair and reasonable. We recently had questions about our rings almost two years after purchase and it felt like we walked into the store and bought them the day before. They knew who we were, what we purchased, and were more than helpful answering all of our questions. We will be taking all of our heirloom jewelry pieces to Diamonds Select for repair in the future. I cannot say enough how great my experience was with Diamonds Select. When searching for an engagement ring for my now wife, I looked all over Madison at other locations. None of them came close to the quality or brilliance of Diamonds Select at a very reasonable and competitive price. They helped me find something that would be absolutely perfect for my wife even though I was on a college budget. Lastly, they gave a very generous (and accurate) appraisal.
Right diamond, best design, highest quality and friendliest service.

After a horrible experience shopping for engagement rings with a Middleton jeweler, Tracy provided my fiance and I with the upmost, relaxed experience a couple should have when wanting to get engaged. She was so patient and jumped through many hoops with us during COVID, but overall went above and beyond. We cannot thank her and her team enough!
They have a wonderful selection with fabulous quality and pricing. Diamonds Select is well worth the drive to Stoughton. I will continue to seek them out for future jewelry needs. Thanks again!

They are excellent to work with, love the mothers ring and diamond ring that I had worked with them to my liking! I think they are easy to work with after I went the first time, I was nervous never been in a diamond store to work with somebody like them. I love the two new rings I got their. I'm coming back soon, wonder what they have for Valentine's day?

Before coming to Diamonds Select I visited over 9 different ring shops in several different states trying to find the perfect ring. Most of the places I went were overpriced, pushy, and mass produced rings so there was no individuality.
I decided to visit diamonds select on a whim while home visiting family. My mom had heard wonderful things about the business and the people who worked there.
Upon entering we were greeted by warm hellos. Teri was so gracious and asked important questions to better understand my ring preferences and most importantly my, now fiancées, preferences. She was patient
