Working with the FLF team was an incredible experience during a very stressful time. They are extremely professional, responsive and detail-oriented. I really felt like I didn't have to worry about anything that they handled - they stayed in constant communication throughout the process (emails, texts, phone) and went above and beyond to close even EARLIER than planned - in 19 days!! I expected the process of refinancing my mortgage to be grueling but First Liberty Funding made it easy! I really enjoyed working with Steve and Danielle. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I felt completely confident in them the whole way through and I’m really surprised at how fast we closed. They also enrolled me in a program called Homebot for free which keeps me up to date on the details of my property and the market. It’s a very useful tool when it comes to making real estate decisions.
