I’ve been following @boston_home_inspections on Instagram and found Pat’s knowledge of older homes the perfect fit for my ca. 1800 home and barn. Pat did an outstanding job and covered the entirety of the property. He explained things clearly and recommended the type of repair, what to watch out for and the important preventative maintenance, especially for an antique home. Patrick came out to complete a home inspection for a property I was interested in purchasing back in April 2020. He arrived early and had completed the outside review by the time I arrived. He was extremely thorough in the walkthrough and took the time to answer ALL my questions. The report was received promptly as well and when I received follow up questions from my lender, he answered those very quickly as well. I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing a comprehensive home inspection.
