I really enjoyed my service today. This was my first time at this salon and Eric rendered nothing but quality service from start to finish and his work is clean. I'm very particular about my nails and he ROCKED them. I read the reviews prior to my appointment and he was highly recommended. Thanks I will be back!

This place was one of the best nail salons I have ever went to! Literally and honestly, I recommend this place to anyone across the country. Good service, Genuine hospitality, courtesy, and complete smiles all around!!! Mai, Jenny, and Tina is amazing!! Mai greeted me immediately as I walked in (no wait for two people mind you) and made sure I had exactly what was in style and what I wanted!!! 😍😍😍😍

Terrible customer service and nail techs. They left nail powder residue from my previous manicure on my nails and wanted to add the new color on-top. I had to re-soak my nails and then lost my nail tech to someone else. They were going to make me wait an hour in order to get my nails done. I paid for the manicure soak but the incompetent receptionist over charged me. Their site says $12+ for manicure meanwhile toes are $14+. I had to pay $14 for my natural nail soak and I had to file off my own nails from the rest of the powder left on my nails. This place is a literal joke who enjoy gossiping

Imagine being told that the burning that you're feeling is just your skin and not how heavy handed the tech was. She didn't even have me hold my skin taut. When I brought this up to management, they insisted it was because this was my first time even though I repeatedly informed them that I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 2 years now. To top it all off, my eyebrows don't even look clean and they charge you 85 cents to use a card. Most worthless 14.85 I've ever spent.

I had a wonderful experience. The woman that did my gel pedicure was very kind and did my toes exactly how I asked. The store was very clean and they moved efficiently (I arrived around 10:30/10:45 and was out before noon). I will definitely be back!

I had never been to healthy nails before but wanted to try something new. I was skeptical about whether or not they'd be able to do some cool nail art - i showed Lauri a picture and she copied it exactly!! I've never been more in love with a manicure before. Look at what i showed her i wanted vs what i got. I'm so so pleased. Thanks lauri for your patience and attention to detail to make these nails possible!!

Got a manicure spur of the moment. they took me without an appointment which was so great. I didn't have a lot of time before I had to do other things they were quick without me even telling them that. I wanted a pedicure just didn't have time so here I am the day after my manicure getting a pedicure. The staff is great an all work well together. Its been such a long time since I've been able to do this for myself and they made me glad that I did. Thank you healthy nails spa

Went in to ONLY get my nail polish changed. i had gotten a fill the day before and wasn't happy with my color and only wanted the polish redone. they filed off the gel and applied a different color and the front desk attendant charged me $45. for changing my nail color. ABSOLUTELY ABSURD. after filing the color off, they didn't even reshape my nails. i believe she thought she could overcharge me because i don't go there often. it's a JOKE. they don't have prices posted anywhere because they're robbing people.

They did a great job at my nails. Very friendly and kind. I recommend this place for sns dip powder.
I also got a neck and shoulder massage which was strange because they kept me in the nail salon chair so there was conversations happening around me, people walking in and out, tv etc not very relaxing for a massage especially since I couldn't sit up straight and ended up hurting my back from slouching. :/

If I could give 0 stars I would. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY. First time here, they don't tell you they only guarantee gel polish for 3 Days!! My gel polish chipped right away, went in to have them fixed, looooooooong story short.... they accused my of lying, asked me 5 million questions - and wasted so much of my time. That's the gist of it - just don't go - you're welcome! I am a retail business owner and would be horrified if one of my employees treated a client that way.

Please don't waste your time or your money at this establishment. The gel manicures won't last. Apparently they have a policy for customers to call within 3 days of nails chipping. If you're a newbie they will not communicate this to you.
They're quick to take your money but they won't remedy a situation with a simple fix.

I have been coming to this nail spa for over a year. I will start by saying how wonderful the customer service is. Then i will tell you how therapeutic the atmosphere is. How clean the tidy the place is (and being a germaphobe you appreciate things like that). Now i am going to tell you about the best technician there. Mrs. Amy Lieu #2, is wonderful beyond words. My nails always look gorgeous and i have recieved so many compliments that i have referred several of my coworkers to her and they feel the same. Mrs. Amy does such a wonderful job that i walk out of there with confidence and swag :)

So I opted to come to this location at the encouragement of my friend. While it is not as new as the other location, I liked the service a lot better. It is a clean location and Amy did my SNS manicure and pedicure. She did a great job. I will be returning to receive services from Amy specifically. I gave 4 stars because I selected a color dip powder that they had matching nail polish for my toes. Upon further inspection the colors are off. My nails look brown. My toenails black. See the pics. I did not see until I got home and really looked.

I waited three months to redeem a $40 credit due to system issues, management not being available, and lastly because I edited a review to change a grammar error. Today I called to ensure there would be no issues when redeeming this credit, ones called back twice by the salon and told I could redeem today. Upon checkout I was told I would be given a gift card - for next time. Absolutely not. The owner

We have been going here for a few years now, but I think I have to finally find a new spot. It's always hit or miss with the service. Today we walked in for two mani/pedis. My person (Miki) was fabulous!
However the other person decided that my friend wasn't getting a manicure. He argued with the receptionist and told my friend to sit at the dryer. When I went to the front, he was taking out his trash and cleaning up to go. We were tempted to not leave him a tip - but we did, paid and left immediately. If he didn't want to do a manicure, he could have passed her on to another person

My mom came to this place before she had to travel south for a funeral. She got a gel manicure and loved the service she received. However one day later her polish was totally chipped....we couldn't believe it, being that it was a gel manicure and it was very pricey.
She doesn't live here and couldn't ask them to fix it but she will be visiting soon and I hope this place will do something for her trouble. She had to go to another salon in the south and pay to have it fixed. It was an inconvenience on her time and finances.
