Evalynn the property manager and her husband who is a CO, not a police officer but will falsely identify as one, both live on site. They will barge into your home with false accusations and when corrected by proper authorities they do not apologize for invasion of privacy or trespassing. This has happened twice I thought people were breaking into my home with my kids inside. Never know if you'll have running water. The lease said $499 a month but is inaccurate your rent will "vary" which makes 0 sense.

Lived here for less than 2 years. Started off with the 1bedroom flat across the street from the office. I absolutely LOVED it there. Neighbors were sweet and everyone got along. It felt very private, quiet and peaceful. I upgraded to the 2 bedroom 2-story townhome and loved it, it was nice, spacious and surprisingly beautiful and presentable. Due to the way the structures are, they'll shut off water to work on things so if the water gets shut off it means someone's maintenance call is being worked on. Thankfully within the past year it only happened 2-3 times while I was at work so it was never

I just moved in around a week ago. Evelyn from the office was kind and helpful. Everything was fast and easy. The area is nice and quiet. Apartman is so nice, clean and tidy and in really good condition. I got a welcome surprise gift box when I moved in that was so kind. Thank you so much Farrar Apartments. Good job! I strongly recommend this place everyone who want to live in a really good place. Thank you again

Farrar West is a very nice little complex that is conveniently located right off Frankford Ave. It is clean, safe and quiet. Front office is AMAZING!
Evelyn is very helpful and made my move in very easy! Her and the staff had my apartment ready to go the next day after signing lease!
I would certainly recommend this location as a great place to live!

I have been here for at least 9 years. It is very quiet and I have not seen a bug in that entire time. I will get a flying insect sometimes when I leave my door open in spring and early fall.
Every thing is well maintained and I very seldom need to call maintenance. When I do call, I have always gotten a prompt response.
The staff is very friendly and this is a very good neighborhood. The apartments are clean and safe.
Since I have been here the owners have replaced most of the water pipes, painted, put up new siding and repaved the parking lot.

I have lived at Farrar West for about five years. The apartments are very nice and Evelyn is a superb manager. If I ever have a problem at my apartment she quickly resolves the issue. The maintenance staff is excellent as well. These apartments are located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. I highly recommend Farrar West to anyone!!!

I have lived here a year and my brother 3 and every single month that I have been here I get multiple texts about water shut offs. On top of that we called multiple request to get things fixed and they never got fixed. We would be told an order would be put in but when I went to the leasing office last week to give out notice the new lady informed me that there was nothing only two actual orders out in when I know we called in more than that. We would literally have to break our selves out of the bathroom because the door would stick. When the maintenance man finally came we showed him the bathroom
