I have nothing but rave reviews to leave about our experience with Devin at Flooring Experts, along with his entire team. We had a washing machine leak on the third floor of our home while we were traveling out of state. We returned to find all 3 floors of our home damaged and wet. I had my hardwood floors replaced in living and dining room with Flooring Experts. I had great experience working with them. Ali was very responsive and answered all my questions, and I had a lot of questions, lol. He listened to my concerns and what I wanted and brought several samples for me to choose from. His team installed the floors within a day and did a quality job. I left home in the morning to allow them to work and came back in the evening to my brand-new floors. The restoration company I was working with contracted out the flooring work to. Alberto was very unprofessional. I was only informed about my flooring installation the day of, and only a few hours notice. Alberto failed to let me know that the subcontractors were running late. He doesn't seem to care about keeping his clients in the loop at all.

Flooring Experts truly were Flooring Experts! I LOVE my wood floor. The steps turned out more beautiful than I could ever imagine. I scheduled this to be done while I was out of town for a couple of days, so I left ugly old floor and came home to beautiful wood floor and a spotless house.

Right before I purchased my townhouse , the basement flooded 3 days before closing . Luckily the previous owners insurance covered it and Flooring Experts Ali Kamal was hired first the job . Although Ali was very busy and otherwise booked I had to request on two occasions he accommodate my move schedule which had changed several times due to other updates . Both times Ali went above and beyond and assured me he would come through and he did .
