We needed to change our outdated flooring and needed advice to ensure it met our specific needs. We contacted more than three contractors but Absolute was the only one that answered many questions, provided a detailed quote and was flexible with our timing. The installers were professional and efficient. Our floors were done in 1.5 days with minimal noise and disruption. We couldn’t be more satisfied.

Absolute Flooring was professional and communicated well with me about their floor repair estimates. However, I think their prices are exceedingly high. They considered two areas for repairing hardwood flooring. In one room that needed 10 floorboards replaced, they recommended replacing all the hardwood flooring in that room for $2,500; I turned down that estimate. They ended up charging me $450 for patching pock-marks in a second small area. If you don't mind spending a lot of money, they will get the job done well in a timely manner.

Edwin and his team were absolutely tremendous. They did an exceptional job restoring our family room hard wood floor. They were meticulous in their detail, from putting up protective plastic to contain the dust generated to the area of the work to the actual restorative work. They worked with my schedule and service was just the beat. Reasonable value for top notch service and results. I would highly recommend them.

Absolute Flooring did an amazing job installing new luxury vinyl tiles in our 3 bathrooms and carpet in our upstairs stairway and bedrooms. They were easy to work with (Edwhar, Patricia, Will, and their team) and accommodating when there were delays in our vanities being delivered and when we made changes to our original carpet color selection. We had the best experience with Absolute Flooring! Ed, the owner was super responsive and accommodating and his crew did an absolutely wonderful job on our stairs….they essentially rebuilt our stairs. We can’t believe how solid they are…and the floors look beautiful. We felt the price was quite fair, and Ed allowed us to change the scope of work even after we signed. They were the contractor assigned through Installation Made Easy, service from Floor & Decor. Will the Estimator was great, punctual, professional and thoroughly explained process and timeline. Workers arrived on time, worked quickly, thoroughly cleaned up, and finished installation of underlayment, vinyl plank flooring, baseboards and shoe molding throughout basement in 4 hours. They accidentally broke a lamp, told me immediately, and compensated me for it. I plan to use them again for future projects!

I had the carpet replaced in my basement. What was currently in there I wasn't happy with the quality or color. They were able to help me pick a quality carpet at a great price. The people that did the work were punctual, friendly and careful not do damage anything while removing the old carpet and installing the new one. They are hands down the people you want to call for a flooring job.

Updated Review: I am updating my review from earlier today from a 1 star to a 3 star because I got a call from Edwhar. He was very apologetic of our experience thus far. He mentioned that we were on the schedule for tomorrow (July 15, 2017). Unfortunately we already had the work done by another company as a same day call in after I'd gotten off the call with the young lady who initially told me that we were not on the schedule for tomorrow.
This incident seems more like a fluke... life does that to us sometimes. Anyhow, because of his call we will most definitely keep this company in mind

Really more like 2.5 stars but I will round up. I called absolute flooring due to the wonderful ratings. I had already purchased laminate that I had planned to install myself. However, when I started pulling the carpet up I saw that the subfloor was not level so I decided I better have a pro do it.
I told the lady I spoke to on the phone that I needed my subfloor leveled and then showed the gentleman who came to do the estimate my hallway where it was uneven. He sent me a quote and I will say that it did not say "leveling" anywhere but it did say "clean and prep subfloor"
