An orthodontist is a dentist who has completed 2-3 years of full-time additional training focusing specifically on diagnosing and correcting the position and alignment of the teeth and bite, in addition to many related disharmonies of the face and jaws. Dr. Casey and the Melrose Orthodontics team are the folks to see if you want quality care and the job done right. It’s been less than a year, and with a little refinement ahead of me, I’m already infinitely more confident with my smile.
With such attention to detail, personal care from Dr. Casey and an extremely comfortable office setting, there’s really no reason to go anywhere else north of Boston.

I highly recommend Melrose Orthodontics! Dr. Casey is amazing with my son. He has Invisalign, which at the beginning was a bit challenging for my absent-minded 14-year-old - but with Dr. Casey's guidance and support (and patience), he is now doing great. The staff is amazing as well - they actually make visits fun. Very kind and supportive.

Dr. Casey and her staff provide expert orthodontic care. My daughter had a wonderful experience there. The environment is incredibly welcoming and the staff is always friendly, accessible, and knowledgeable. Follow-up is great and I appreciate the appointment reminders by email and text. My son started going there when Dr. Neal owned the practice. A year in, Dr. Casey took over the practice and we have seen constant innovation and change. I appreciate the extensive renovations and reorganization to make the place warmer and more inviting which puts the patients at ease. The electronic appointment system that emails the appointment as well as the reminder is more convenient. The staff is very accommodating and friendly.
I always feel comfortable when there. Dr. Casey has a lovely manner and is always happy to answer questions. Rowan has had a great experience with this practice

As a family, we have been very pleased with the care shown by Dr. Moira Casey and her staff at Melrose Orthodontics. My oldest son began his treatment before Dr. Casey took over the practice, but we were extremely impressed with the seamless transition. Since taking over from Dr. Freed, Dr. Casey has worked tirelessly to upgrade and modernize all aspects of the office. It has a boutique feel, with a warm, welcoming staff. Dr. Casey and her staff are outstanding and I highly recommend them to anyone. My eldest was treated at another practice and I feel fortunate to have found this office for my younger two.
