Very poor management, total disregard to patients. This is not the result of COVID, this review is accumulation of 2 years of bad service, needless delays and mediocre at best office management. I was told the doctor doesn't have time to call back patients. Been waiting for over a month for a call back regarding a broken retainer. YES! This is the level of patient service yiu might ve dealing with, if you haven't commited, dont be fooled by the nice initial bait and switch talk. Avoid at all cost!!!

Their prices seemed a little steep to me. So I had requested another meeting about the pricing for another day at 9am (the earliest appointment available) so my husband could come before work. I'm almost positive the woman I had set up the plan to meet again with her at 9am walked in while we were already waiting for 10 plus minutes (She didn't end up taking us in her office until around 20 past 9) which was frustrating for my husband who needed to be at work in Boston. She also seemed flustered, like she had forgotten our exchange the previous day. I will say the front desk staff seemed

Dr Gangoy is my orthodontist. She is awesome. I have seen her interact with kids, teens and adults. She makes everyone feel comfortable. I am 55 years old , I have Invisalign. I was anxious about starting the whole process. Dr. Gangoy explained all my options and she was so encouraging and caring. Her staff is professional and kind. Everyone is friendly. Her appointments run on schedule. The place is spotless. I am very happy with the care I have received at Orthodontics by Design.

I have 3 children all of whom have been treated at Orthodontics by Design. One has completed treatment, one is in full treatment and one that is finishing up with Phase One. I have always had a pleasant experience at each visit. I would recommend this practice for children and adults who want to improve their smiles.

I'm ALMOST sad my braces are off because I no longer get to see all the friendly associates who work here. Everyone was a treat - - the front desk team, the assistants, and I LOVED Dr. Gangoy.

Braces can be a traumatic experience, but I actually like coming here. The staff are very friendly and always welcoming. The dental assistants are super sweet and very knowledgable in how to handle each patients case. I usually see Dr. Gangoy and she's awesome. She knows how to make a patient feel comfortable as she probes around your mouth. The whole team is geared to making the braces adventure as smooth as possible. Need more gushy goo? Just pop in and get it. Have a bracket lose or a wire poling? Give em a call and they'll set you up with an appointment that isn't weeks out!
