With the low rates I must have received a 100 refinance letters in the mail this year and I only called one-Trustlink! Why? Well it was the only letter that reminded me I was paying a couple extra hundred dollars a month on PMI and it stated they could possibly remove that for me. So I called my (then) current lender and they gave me this huge run around on having to write a letter asking for my PMI to be removed and all these hassles I needed to do in order to get it removed.
