Services
Proper eye care is important for people of all ages and regular eye exams are encouraged for everyone, but especially for those already using glasses or contact lenses. Your vision plays a vital role in your life each and every day, which is why it is so important to take the right steps for maintaining good eye health.
Here at Boshinski Eye Clinic, we are proud to help our patients who develop diabetic retinopathy. Diabetic retinopathy usually continues to get worse, especially if your diabetes is not under control. Still though, it can get worse even with controlled diabetes. For this reason, we recommend having regular checkups so that we can monitor your eyes.
Low Vision is a condition in which vision cannot be corrected by glasses, contacts, surgery or medicine. Dr. William Boshinski works directly with patients to help them find the right low vision aid required for their specific needs. Glaucoma describes eye disorders that involve damage to the optic nerve, which sends visual signals from your eye to your brain. This loss of nerve tissue can result in loss of vision. Primary open-angle glaucoma is one of the most common disorders. It results from an increased pressure inside the eye, which can cause damage to the optic nerve.
Macular Degeneration is the loss of central vision due to damage to the retina. The macula is a part of the retina located on the back layer of the eye that affects the center of the visual field. Macular degeneration is often related to age and can be atrophic (dry) or exudative (wet). The dry form of macular degeneration is most common and there is no medical or surgical treatment.

I've been seen by both Dr. Boshinskis, husband and wife. They're both very kind, thorough, and caring that I am as comfortable as possible wearing contacts and treating my Chronic Dry Eye. Definitely recommend!

I was 12 when I got contact lenses. The staff was extremely patient with me. They were very caring and worked with me until I was comfortable putting in and removing the contact lenses. I am now 16 and a contact lens pro! I am very happy with the professionalism of this practice.

I had a fantastic experience at the Boshinski Eye Clinic. I am a 58 year old man who has never worn glasses. Dr. Boshinski's assistant Jill performed several tests and was fun to work with. Then I met with Dr. Bochinski and he performed more in depth analysis which concluded with a prescription not only to help me see better but to correct some problems I have in my right eye. His attitude and personality matched his professionalism. He answered all my questions and provided a great deal of information. Dr. Bochinski knows his profession and his "bed side" manner was incredible.
From there I went

Horrible experience. You sure know how to waste people's time. The front desk couldn't have been ruder even though they are the ones who messed up. Don't waste your time with this place! What a joke!

My dad who is on social security went to Boshinski to get glasses with his medicare assured diamond insurance. He was only told AFTER THE APPOINTMENT that his insurance would not be accepted and then as a man with one lung from cancer, cataracts, copd, sleep apnea, and is a U.S. Army Veteran ON DISABILITY. He is billed around $300 out of pocket and pays $25 every month because this place splits hairs on gateway vs. Gateway assured diamond and lies about what insurance they accept. Don't go to this scam of a eye clinic they will take you for all you've got!

When requested, would not provide pupil distance. The staff became very angered by the request. Until that moment, my visit was fantastic. I will not be returning, though. No reason to give me that type of reaction nor to withhold my information.
FYI: This information is useful for more than just ordering glasses online. I need it to properly adjust a VR headset. I have to change doctors because of this.
