An all around great and pleasant experience coming here. From helping me choose the right frame at an affordable price, to replacing that same pair after dropping it within a week. He even went the extra mile to have it ready at at 6am so I would be able to catch my flight the very same day with my replaced glasses.

How do I start?:) I was looking for a new optician in the area as I was not happy the with one of the optical store from Camp Hill (I don't want to name the store) to whom I have been going for last couple of years. They are expensive and also the kind of customer service they provide is pathetic.
While researching in google, I found "Babineau" as one of the highly rated optician in the Mechanicsburg area and while reading through the reviews, many people were talking about John and the kind of customer service they provide. So, I had been to the store to check out for the frames and the moment

Simply 'the best' in selection, customer service, price and professionalism! John, who is truly a 'master Optician' will go above and beyond to be sure you are 100% satisfied with your eyeware...I was astounded by the finished product when I received my glasses. Before you go elsewhere, do yourself a favor and give Babineau a shot, I'm 'so glad' I did!

These folks are consummate professionals in every way. Their work is extremely high quality and their customer service is world-class. They make you feel like family in minutes and will solve the issue for you if it is at all reasonable and humanly possible. Their selection is extensive, and I always find multiple frames I like. I have been going to them for glasses for over 20 years, and hope to see them for at least 20 more! Highly recommend!

They can be busy because they are so good at what they do, so be patient until it's your turn. Then YOU will be the center of their attention. They will go to the ends of the earth to find eye wear that is right for you! I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

I’ve used Babineau Opticians many years and I’ve always been completely satisfied! Two and a half years ago I moved to South Dakota. I returned recently for a visit and was happy to purchase another awesome pair of glasses from Babineau! And even if I’m unable to return, they can easily take care of me by mail. I give them a glowing A+ :)

Fantastic customer service. I have been going to Babineau for at least 30 yrs or more. I have always been ver satisfied with their exceptional service. Last Friday I dropped off my glasses to have new lenses put in my old frames. Brian told me I could get them Monday but I said I wasn't sure when I could pick them up as my Husband was being… admitted to the hospital today. Sunday afternoon John brought the glasses to my home. That is what I call going way beyond exceptional customer service. By the way he picked my second pair of glasses up to have the lenses put I. in Sunday and again drove
