Ms. Hadi's staff did help get my wife to get my wife her permanent residency, but after telling me at the end of July that they would be contacting me within a month concerning my step-son's case there has been no response to my emails, to my wife's emails or to my phone calls. It's been 5 months and now I will be forced to hire another attorney to make certain his case doesn't languish any longer. Severely disappointed in someone I trusted with such an important case.

I paid upfront in 2016 for Heather to process paperwork for a permanent resident application for my husband in Nigeria. Heather at our 1 and only meeting was enthusiastic and reassuring. I never saw her again in the 5 years it took to get my husband home.
They were very slow. Never called me with an update I called them. I am even the one who updated them when things changed. They had 1 worker named Brandi who was actually helpful and is the reason for 1 star the other star I'm giving because my husband is actually here now. I am just now starting from step one with a new lawyer. I am not sure whether it was fault of one of the workers or Hadi, but proof of a co-signer being forgotten in evidence in our paperwork led to us being rejected. Ms. Hadi was very professional when I went for the consult. But as many people here have stated there is no communication from anyone in the office and emails, if answered took about 2 weeks. Spend a little more money and have a quality lawyer on your side like I do now.

Be careful, run and get another immigration Lawyer. She only took my money. 2 months she did nothing about my immigration form, I only saw her on the 1st day of consultation. She acted as if she will put all her best in my case, but that the last I had of her after I hired her and paid. I tried to see her but I was told I will have to pay $120 for everytime I want to see her even though she already took $1600 for legal fees. She gave me a case worker who appears to know nothing about the immigration law. The case worker use google everytime I ask her a question and continue to give me wrong answers
