Lynette is an absolutely joy to work with - I could not recommend her more highly as a property manager! She handles absolutely everything with my property from finding and managing a tenant to keeping the house well taken care of so I don't even have to think about it. And when I have a question (which I hardly ever do), she's available at the drop of a hat. 10/10

2+ years ago, I threw caution to the wind and sold my house in Houston to move to the Denver area. I ended up renting a house that was thankfully listed through Queen City. The daunting task that this move required was seamlessly handled by Lynette and Katherine. That was just the beginning of our experiences with them and they had set the bar high. Anything from pushing out information about routine maintenance (i.e. gutters being cleaned, swamp cooler draining) to when ACH withdrawal will be made is done in a friendly, timely manner. My husband and I rented from Queen City Property Management for a year. We absolutely loved the apartment, and our experience with them. They were quick to address any issues we had, they were very reasonable, and were willing to go above and beyond to make us comfortable. We would gladly rent from them again, and are only leaving because we’re planning to move states. if we’re ever in need of a place in Colorado again, they will be our first choice.

We were looking at places in Denver and stumbled upon this incredible condo unit, and what made it even better was the kindness of Lynette and Katherine in the process! They went over every detail with kindness. Even through the application process and payment details, they have been very communicative and great to work with. I really appreciate the small details that both of them provided such as extra paint if we ever need it, filters for the furnace and a complete review of our unit. Queen City management has been excellent and I’d highly recommend them. You’ll be in good hands :)

I am so grateful for Queen City Property Management! We have a house that we rent out in Denver and we had a bad experience with our previous management company. The wonderful women at Queen City were a million times more helpful than the last company, right from the start, before we even signed a contract with them! They are very responsive, honest, and kind! They gave us great advice for fixing up our house to make it more attractive to potential renters. While the previous company couldn't seem to find renters for 3 months, Queen City got it rented within a week!
I can't say enough good things

This is by far the best management company I have ever worked with. Lynette is fast and responsive, has a professional and fair demeanor and was extremely organized. As a tenant I always knew what was expected of me and the rules were clear and well defined. The property was always very well maintained and was not treated as a rental but as a home. If they accept you as a tenant you know you are doing well, and if I was a home owner, there is no one else in Denver I would have manage my property.

I'm a tenant that rents a property managed by Queen City Property Management. Lynette has been helpful and accommodating throughout the rental process. She provided FaceTime tours of the property to my partner and me (we moved across the country) and responded promptly to any questions about the move-in process. She also cheerily met us as we arrived in Denver for a walkthrough of the property, and there weren't any unpleasant surprises. Paying rent and applying for the lease has been straightforward compared to my previous experiences with rental companies.

Lynette and her team managed my single family home rental in Denver for one year. I cannot say enough good things about Queen City. Not only was she realistic with me at the outset about pricing, tenant screening, maintenance and fees, she was incredibly responsive as things came up and everything was handled with minimal input from me.
