I brought my kitten there for the first time since I adopted him. I waited over 1/2 hour in my car to be called for him. They asked me if I had any concerns and I told them that hes been itching on the bottom of his chin on both sides. I wanted to make sure that he didn't have fleas (he's been an indoor kitten). They said everything looks good & they cut his nails down for me. Well they told me that on his paperwork from the adoption place he didn't have fleas. They never checked him for it.
Wasn't too happy with this place. I'm going to look for a new Vet.

DONT EVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PETS!!! I really hope this review will save someone from the heartache I feel right now. I brought my kitten there when I first got her. They did a fecal test and said she had hookworms. They treated her and tested her again and told me she was clean now. Fast forward a few months. My cat started having some similar symptoms to what she had when she had the hookworms. Brought a sample to the village vet and they told me that she is infested with parasites !!! They said there is absolutely no way she was clean when she was tested before. If I didn't follow

The only reason I am giving one star is because the vet techs are so sweet to the animals. Other than that this place is run down, dirty, cramped, and way behind the times. The doctor was not very friendly. Didn't even introduce herself and referred to my pet as "the dog" , not once did she pet or speak to him. This place is very overpriced. My regular vet is amazing in every way and charges less. I wanted to get my dog in somewhere quick, This was a last minute appointment. We will never go back and I hope none of you do either.
