The staff, facility and care are absolutely top notch! I have a puppy and am a first time dog mom. They were so sweet while doing her shots and well visits. Recently, we had an emergency where we needed overnight advice as well as a follow up appointment a few days later. I was a wreck and they put me right at ease with their care and attention. I wouldn't take my fur baby anywhere else.

Dr. Cely and her physical therapy vet technicians saved my dog!! After he had to undergo emergency spinal surgery when his spine herniated and he lost control of his back legs, they worked diligently and thoroughly to help him regain his muscle strength, and I'm happy to report he is currently running around and living his best life! Dr. Cely is so knowledgeable and thorough that we ended up switching from our current vet who is 5 minutes from out house to drive 30 minutes to see her because we trust her that much. Visited with emergency. Our beloved dog was in end stage heart failure and needed to be seen immediately. The staff was incredibly kind and caring as we said goodbye to our companion after a discussion affirming what we knew. They were ready when we walked in, had a quiet room ready for us. The clinic is clean, spacious and quiet. Prices were very fair. We are grateful for their service.

We started bringing our two dogs to this vet April 2021, one of which requires frequent visits. The care is truly pretty good, and I trust them with my pets. The major downside and why we will be seeking out other care is that the costs are double what we used to pay at our vet in the northtowns. If you have a pet that needs regular care, it is difficult to afford.
Cost aside, the general experience we've had is that there is typically a 20 minute wait on hold before getting to speak to someone, and many of the visits we have had could have been phone calls--The vet we see there even waived

Took my kitten in for an emergency visit, they were the only vet local willing to see him that didn’t tell me I had to wait a month even though it was an emergency. They performed surgery on him for a very fair price and the surgery went well and he seems to be recovering fine! They were very honest and forthright in the whole process and I will definitely be back as well as recommending them to others

The best vet I’ve ever taken my dogs. My male American Eskimo was diagnosed with epilepsy in 2014 and we’ve been coming here ever since. My female eskimo developed mobility issues this past December and started going for PT and they have gone above and beyond to work with her and she is back on her feet happy and healthy, working on losing weight now. I can not recommend this Vet enough. They are so kind and absolutely treat your pet as their own ♥︎

I was originally so grateful to get an appointment here for my puppy. They accommodated me and my dog for 8 week puppy shots after I had called multiple other places and everyone else was booked out at least 2 months.
The first appointment with Dr. Krezmein was great, she and the tech were wonderful. The tech visits after were also great. However, I had two visits with Dr Joy and was unimpressed. He and the other male tech were very off putting and were pressuring me about a lot of extra treatment I didn't feel my dog needs so soon and at her current size (she is a dachshund, under 10lbs

We brought our 3 dogs in for their very first visit. For the first time in 45 years, we were changing Vets and chose the Village Veterinary after reviewing their staff and services they provide. We made the right choice.
From the very first, we were made to feel welcome and appreciated. The reception staff were quick and efficient without making us feel rushed. The waiting room was spacious and kept exceptionally clean.

I brought my kitten for a check up & a new visit. I was actually looking for a new vet because the other one I went to I really didn't like (& wrote a bad review).
I really liked them. I drove up told them I was in the parking lot. Unfortunately, I couldn't go in with my kitty but that's ok. When they brought him inside they called me. Asked if I had any questions and concerns. I thought they were very nice. He did need another shot (the other place I went to told me no).
They took very good care of my baby & I will stay with them.
I do a lot of research

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Let me start by saying I have 2 dogs, 4 cats, and a reptile breeding program, so nearly 100 reptiles. We are well versed in veterinarians. We used to go to this clinic and had to leave because they were so terrible with our pets and extremely rude to us. They were fine with our dogs but when it came to our cats I would go ANYWHERE else before I went back to this place. Great facility, wonderful people and veterinarians. They have a large staff, so getting an appointment is not too tough.
They also have an emergency clinic if you need assistance after hours. They offer daycare and physical therapy, a full service vet. They truly care about their "patients", and want to help each and every one.

I brought my 6 year old cat in this morning with symptoms of weight loss, bad breath, increased thirst, vomiting, decreased appetite, and generally looking ill and not behaving as normal. I had brought him to a different hospital the week before and was told after an x-ray and never being offered labs or a urine sample on him that he was constipated and just give him Miralax, which that trip cost me $400. Fast forward to today when I had to take him in for same ( but more severe) symptoms to Hamburg village vet and immediately labs were drawn (with results in 20 mins) come to find out he has kidney

Our cat was having some respiratory issues. Other vets in Hamburg/OP area were not very accommodating. Called Village Veterinary and they had me in within 30 min, took some xrays, found the issue (sinusitis), and prescribed some meds to address the issue. Could not ask for more in terms of helpful, friendly customer service.

When I first got my puppy, I asked around my friends and family to find out where we should go for a vet. Village Veterinary Clinic was highly recommended. The front desk staff is so friendly, they offer a daycare service, they have emergency vet services and a 24 hour on-call service. They are very vocal on their social media pages and always offer friendly conversation and advice. I have witnessed the staff there treat every animal that walks through those doors as if they were their very own pet. Everyone at the Village Vet are so helpful. Dr. K is amazing. She is very patient, listens to what you say and truly shows that she is concerned about your pet. She embraces, pets and kisses our "girl" like she was her own. Dr. K diagnosed and resolved a health issue that our pet was having since the day we got her 7 years ago during our first examination. I have two cats that I have been taking there for 4 years now. Dr. K treated my older cat, who had some on going health problems (she was 14 years old). Dr. K is so wonderful, knowledgeable and compassionate. You can tell that she has a real love for animals and I felt like she took excellent care of my cat.
