After going to the bigger supply chains and not having the best experience, decided to try a Mom/Pop optometrist and stumbled across this one and glad I did! The staff was friendly and I felt the warmth inside the small and cozy place. Not many people was inside which gave me a sense of security bc currently they are only allowing a few clients at a time bc of covid. The wait wasn't long at all! Can't remember the doctor's name, but it was a lady who was very kind to me. She made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions/concerns without rushing me. She even explained how unique my eyesight

They are all just fabulous! I found them when I broke my eyeglasses soon after moving to the area, they fixed them promptly and at no charge. These folks do it all, from excellent eye exams by the doctor (love her!!!) to top notch optician services. They even made me computer glasses at exactly the distance I am from my computer (not a standard distance). I am so thrilled I found them, and hope no one retires! In addition to their considerable expertise, everyone is super nice and remembers me year after year (since 2013). I am delighted.

I am so grateful that I found Eye-Site Optical! They corrected my prescription that I received from a different eye doctor, and now I can see more clearly than I ever have before! I am that patient that reviews everything and has a million questions. I have never felt more at home and informed as I have with Eye Site Optical. The staff is very helpful and they are not 'pushy sales people'. Dr. Tracy went above and beyond and recognized what makes my eyes unique.
