I am a licensed property manager in South Carolina which guarantees any money sent is fully protected under South Carolina Vacation Rental Laws. We are a small company that believes in personalized service. Surfside Beach calls itself the Family Beach and it truly is family oriented. No large crowds on the beach like you would find in Myrtle Beach and plenty of sand for all.
Our home is located across the street from the beach and just 7 short blocks to restaurants & the Surfside Pier. There are beach and ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen (where else can you cook and see the ocean?) and the master bedroom. Also, Surfside still allows Beach Tents! The pool is a FULL SIZE pool that is heated March/April/May and September/October for an extra fee of $175.00.

Tees & Seas is located across the street from the beach and just a few steps from the beach access and Surfside still allows beach tents.
