Overall the vacation stay was good however, we did mention that the dishwasher was not working but no one showed up to investigate and we did not want to get blamed for a broken appliance. The specific room we stay in had wonderful sunset 🌇 that was gorgeous. The pool was nice too bad we didn't have enough time to enjoy it. I would definitely book another stay at this particular location with no questions about it. The location was perfect because it was close to shopping areas and most importantly the Wine Tasting which is up the block, get to meet a few folks from NJ that was station at Fort

Rented two houses. Clean equipped with everything needed. Perfect location, the houses had nice yards with tables so you could picnic or dine outside play cards and not have to be inside. Me and my family loved the convinces of being so close to everything and the beach. I would recommend palmetto to everyone. Kid friendly as well

It was a vacation from Hell. We rented an oceanfront condo arriving on December 30, 2021 and leaving on Jan. 2, 2022. Picking up the key from Palmetto Vacation Rentals around 3PM on Dec. 30, my wife was told if we had any problems to just call the telephone number on our paperwork, and while we may have to leave a voicemail message, someone would get back with us within 60 minutes.
We arrived at the condo, about 20 minutes from the rental office, around 4 PM. We immediately noticed that there was a used adult daiper on the floor of one of the bedrooms, and the master bedroom closet door was held

Palmetto Vacation Rentals is a gem of a company which we've been using for all our Myrtle Beach trips for the past 6 years. Their inventory, prices, and family-like customer service are phenomenal. The properties are terrific, and the very few times we had any problems they were immediately resolved. Melanie and her team take all the stress out of planning a vacation, and I can't thank them enough.

This vacation rental business is a joke when it comes to professionalism and customer service. It was stated online that check in was at 3pm. Well that was not the case and the office staff was very rude in their response saying to my husband that it was anytime of their choosing between 3 and 5pm. It was NOT stated like that on the online condo rental and did not disclose it was up to them when the guests receive keys. The location was also a little far from the condo rentals which was also not listed in the online description when booking. We also had some issues with the condo such as the cleanliness
