I tried to call them to book a condo at least 20 times because the pricing was better than most on VRBO. No one ever picked up and no one ever returned my call. I tried booking online twice through their website and both times a hold was put on my credit card, and then I got an email from them saying my booking was denied and that someone would get back with me to discuss why and to help me find another of their rental's. No one ever called me back. Tried their online chat feature and no one was ever there. Filled out their online form questionnaire thing and it failed.
