Our recent stay was awful. We were there starting 6/19. Our family has been staying at Lakepoint for 5+ years and we will not be returning. The houses are very outdated.. the air vents filters are horrible (which we notified the lady at the leasing office of)…. There was dog hair everywhere from previous guest even the dryer vent from where it had not been cleaned out. The pull out couch had not been cleaned from the previous guest, there was an earring on the floor and sand everywhere. There house was absolutely disgusting. On Monday the lazy River and slides were closed without any notice.

We stayed in a Vacation rental unit. Location was great but the unit itself needs some updates. There is no outside light so if you come or go in the dark it's hard to see to get up or down the steps. The beds are horrible. We have slept on some bad beds before but nothing this bad. We finally took the mattress off the fold out couch and layed on top of our bed in which in the meantime we found a pair of ladies underwear in the couch. Shows how well they clean. We ended up sleeping 1 on the couch and 1 in the recliner. Not to mention we didn't receive any blankets and only 1 comforter. The air
