I’m in my 5th week at Spark and I love it. I look forward to workout days now. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They challenge me to push hard and try new things, but are also keenly aware of what moves might bother my shoulder and give me options. I also love the feeling of community they have fostered. We encourage each other and have fun while working hard. I would encourage anyone to come give it ima try.

Spark Fitness and Performance is a gym like no other I have ever been a part of. When I decided to try Spark I wasn't sure that it would be the right fit for me. In the past I have always done group aerobic classes. Ignoring my feelings of intimidation of weight lifting, I committed to give Spark a month trial because my husband and two sons also work out there and love it. Spark Fitness and Performance has been a life-changing experience for me! From the first time I arrived, while nervous, they welcomed me in with open arms and have never stopped making me feel right at home. Their trainers and staff are amazing and have the patience and knowledge to walk you through any movement or exercise, not only explaining they proper form, but also explaining the reason and benefits of every moment. I was looking to switch up my gym workouts and this was where I ended up. It’s awesome to have your workout on the board ready to go, all you have to do is show up! The workouts were setup in a way I wasn’t use to as well, strength training with metabolic conditioning at the end. These guys are very knowledgeable in this field and do a great job motivating and pushing you in the gym.

I am sure that a lot of people have an idea of a gym. Walk in, try to figure out what you are going to work on, work out, walk out. It can be a struggle just to stay motivated to try and find ways to get fit, work past plateaus and reach your goals. Spark Fitness and Performance is not built that way. First of all the individuals running the gym are not employees, they call themselves coaches and they mean it. They take a personal interest in helping you reach your personal goal. I have never written a review before but felt the need to give Spark the credit they deserve! From high school until the last few years I considered myself a gym rat and had been to quit a few gyms over the years, I can 💯 percent say Spark is the best gym I have ever been to. The first day I walked in I was feeling a little insecure bc it had been a few years since I had really been in a gym setting but as soon as I walked in I was greeted with friendly welcoming smiles and an eagerness to get me off on the right path! I can not say enough wonderful things about Spark Fitness and the staff. My daughter Is participating in their volleyball sports training program. The workouts are very challenging and they push her hard. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and supportive. Sam’s vertical jump improved 3 inches in the first three months of training. She loves it there and looks forward to her workouts. I feel they are invested in her success and have made lifelong members. Phenomenal place for all fitness levels. The incredibly experienced staff ensure you're getting everything out of each exercise and workout. I set personal goals, and with the consistent, unwavering motivation and encouragement; I crushed them! Coming from a collegiate athletic atmosphere, I feel right at home!

GREAT gym! Perfect place for anyone who needs a little accountability and encouragement to make it to the gym regularly. I've been there for almost a year and this is the first time I've been able to stick with program for this long. I've seen my body change in ways I never thought I would and that is all thanks to the support of Brealon and Nathan. Never thought I would say this about working out, but I actually look forward to going in every day!

I wanted to find a location that would challenge me and keep me interested in the workouts. I needed guidance on how to progress (increase strength and endurance). The coaches here have done exactly that. The workouts range in variety and the coaches are quick at correcting form, adding a challenge to the workout when it looks ‘too easy’, and great at motivating and educating. Regardless of your fitness level, there is a place for you at Spark. The other members are friendly and they all have the same goal in mind- to progress.

Hands down the best gym I've ever been to! The atmosphere is great, and everyone has been awesome and friendly. The way they train families is really cool and you can see their passion. The competitive lifting aspect is my favorite part of Spark. My Olympic weightlifting has improved like crazy since my time here. If you want an amazing place to train look no further.
