Whether it be Outdoor or Indoor training, Our Objective is to help each and every one of you reach your goals. Whether it be in Fitness, Boxing or MMA. Every gym has its own way of training. We will never say we are better than anyone. But we will say that we do it differently. And sometimes "different" makes all the difference in the world.
One thing I have learned about Fitness, is that it has to become your lifestyle. There is no miracle pill for weight loss or in fitness period. You have to grind and put in the work. There are many of us that wake up every morning to a constant battle of feeling Depressed about your situation. Sometimes the best thing to do is embrace it.
The rounds are 3 minutes long with a 30 sec to 1 min rest period in between. Active rest may be applied to some of the rounds to give a different twist. The rounds consist of hitting heavy bags with punches, kicks, knees and elbows, mixed in with a variety of exercises like push-ups, air squats, jump squats, planks, jump jacks, abs jump rope, etc.

I took the 6 week challenge three weeks ago and let me tell you I don't remember the last time I felt this great. Taking the challenge has been one of the smartest things I have done in my life. The first week wasn't easy for me but Rami is very good at keeping you motivated and pushing you to meet your potential. I am 41 years old and feel like in my mid 20s. Rami will give you a very easy to follow meal plan and challenging workouts that will start transforming your body like never before. What a disappointment. I brought my son here for the promotion just to check it out. You are told to not come in through the front door, only the back of the parking lot. He didn't bother to explain why, just said don't and was rude. This man does not know how to treat kids, he didn't yell at my kid, but he yelled at one child like he was an adult, I was so embarrassed for him. When the lessons started, the instructor didn't seem to understand the teachings. At one point he had my son spar with a kid twice his size, my son was kicked in the privates and the instructor didn't even care. he never
