We stayed at Destin at one of their proprieties earlier this year, and I didn’t think the experience was that bad, but the service/treatment was very poor. The people we stayed next to (also in a property owned by the same place) was super loud every night until early in the morning and we didn’t complain about it until the night there was a huge fight, the police and firefighters came because it got so out of hand. We let the property owner know about this (because we know they like to give ratings to the property renters) and they took all the information and never got back to us. To make

Our family stayed in a property in Emerald Shores managed by Crystal Waters last week. We placed three service requests during our stay and never received a response. The appliances are old and the dishwasher did not work and is not bolted to the wall. Many of the blinds are broken, doorbell broken, light shades broken etc. We had several large roaches on the second floor we had to kill. The wagon for beach convenience was rusted and missing a handle so we couldn't use it. The pots and pans were old and rusted so we had to purchase a frying pan from Publix. Terrible experience ever! BUGS huge ROACHES !!!!! Scared to sleep in the house also the kids was getting terrified. killed 5 or 6 scary !!! HUGE ROACHES, size of small mouse !!! we called the management company and the answer was like awful they gave us notice to leave the house in 2 hours with 12 people imagine moving out and finding another place to live they was not accommodating at all I wish I can give them 00000000 stars !!! Stay away!

We stayed in a home managed by Crystal Waters in Aug 2019. We rented through VRBO. Soon after our arrival I spoke with a representative. About some things that needed to be addressed. The home needed a little TLC. It was not horrible. However not worthy of 5 stars. I rated the home on VRBO. There was broken furniture that was taped together,roaches and the refrigerator knob was broken off. The sofa sleeper needed some attention as well as a few mattresses. Also.a hidden armband fee. The review sparked a poor renter review. We closed the home per the departing instruction. I pay a cleaning fee.
