I am in the early phase of the application and move in process but I just wanted to take a moment and give credit where it is seriously do. I have been working with Kimberly and she really sets the tone for such a positive experience thus far. This is a great community but what sets it apart is the level of customer service the second contact is made. Most places don’t even answer phones or call back. Kimberly not only has been true to her word, but even goes above and beyond whether it’s an extra call back, an apartment change or whatever I have needed or asked for. A nice looking community

We recently moved here and love it. The Sales Office and maintenance staff have been nothing but extremely accommodating. They are very professional and has answers for everything. They are quick to resolve any problems. I really appreciate that. The development is brand new! It is located in a very convenient area. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. They have a security service. I recommend this development.

Kimberly was very knowledgeable and thorough with disclosing all the information regarding renting a unit, especially regarding a security deposit and credit check. I appreciate that she had patience to answer ALL of my questions when I expressed interest to possibly move into an apartment here.Over the phone, I was told that an ID card, face mask and gloves would be required to take a tour of these potential units, obviously for covid and preservation reasons. I know that these units are priced on the higher end regarding price, but if you want a BRAND NEW unit with great amenities including a

Kimberly and Jillian were such a pleasure to work with when looking for a new place for my family. My situation was a little complicated and at one point, we almost did not apply. However, Kimberly enlighten us on the fact that the qualification process is not solely based on score. She advised that a lot of other things are taken into consideration and our applications are also reviewed thoroughly to ensure the verification process was accurate and complete. Very expensive apartments when considering the location.
Canyon ridge down the street offers cheaper apartments with same amenities, the style, and furnishings of the apartments are very similar (I use to be a resident of canyon ridge and have also toured The Village at Vintage Ranch so this is an unbiased opinion). We would have gone with Canyon Ridge but they did not have any availability for our move in date.
Giving this a 1-star review because they kept my wife and I's holding deposit of $200 because we decided to move into a different apartment complex. They mentioned after 72 hours once
