Since 1977, AmKor Karate has been teaching Traditional Martial Arts in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Our classes are designed for children and adults, ages 5+. AmKor Karate was founded in 1977 by 8th degree black belt, Master Frederick Scott. Our Coatesville School is headed by long time student of Master Scott, Master Michael Campagnini.
Our goals are to push students through hard training, high-level competition and positive relationships. We continually receive feedback from parents how their children do better at home and school with the confidence that develops from steady training. The crew traveled 3.5 hours to Johnstown, PA where we placed 1 Grand Champion, 12 Gold, 5 Silver and 8 Bronze.

AmKor Karate was founded in 1977 by 8th degree black belt, Master Frederick Scott. During the last four decades, our schools have competed around the world, establishing ourselves as a dominant force in martial arts. Under Master Scott, AmKor Karate has had many celebrity students, including Pat Croce, the Philadelphia 76ers, the Philadelphia Flyers, and more.
Monthly tuition can be paid by cash, check or PayPal. By creating an account on our website, you may subscribe to a recurring monthly subscription through PayPal. If you would like to send a payment without subscribing, we can provide you with our PayPal email address. As students advance, they must demonstrate their ability to perform what they have learned.
Tang Soo Do Moo Duk Kwan is a modern martial arts, founded by Grandmaster Hwang, Kee in 1945. The name is translated to China Hand Way, or, the Way of the China Hand. The style is easily identifiable with high, dynamic kicking. Our Intermediate level forms are derivatives of the Pinan (Heian in Japanese, Pyung Ahn in Korean) forms developed by the famous Okinawan, Anko Itosu.
The AmKor Karate of Coatesville gym has been operating since 2013 under 6th degree black belt, Master Michael Campagnini. We push our students to be successful inside and outside of the gym and are greatful for the support over the years. I started training at AmKor Coatesville 2 years ago, and now, at 45 years old, I'm probably in the best shape of my life.

Master Campagnini is an outstanding instructor who takes his time with each student, regardless of skill level, and makes them better. His attention to detail and dedication to the discipline of Tang Soo Do comes through in all aspects of his instruction.

My kids really enjoy attending classes here. Master C is an excellent instructor and is always willing to lend time to help my kids with their forms as they work hard to advance through the rankings. The atmosphere is welcoming and I highly recommend attending!
