Selling a home is not a small undertaking! It's a stressful process, with many small events leading up to the anxiously awaited closing day. We listed with Action Team Realty and were not disappointed. On the contrary, we were delighted because it was actually easy with them! Their photography was the first AWESOME experience. Todd, Melanie and Brent at Action Team Realty all helped smooth every bump, including a new roof, siding, painting and some repairs!

Over the past five years, I’ve worked with Action Team Realty to purchase and manage a few rental properties I own in Springs. Throughout my experience, Scott’s been my guy. I’ve never had to worry about issues with tenants, because he’s handled them all with class and professionalism. He’s always willing to go above and beyond for my tenants (which makes me feel great as a landlord). Scott Hawker is a life saver. My husband and I recently got married and wanted to buy a house (first time homebuyers), and we had no idea where to start. Not only that, but we were buying in the madness that was the real estate market of 2021. I'm not lying when I say tensions and emotions were running high when we saw the fact that we would have to get into bidding wars. Action Team has been my property management company since September of 2017. They have made my life so easy over the last 3 plus years. I got out of the Army in 2017 and left the springs for a job on the other side of the country. Action Team Realty was the best choice our family could have made three (3) years ago. They did an amazing job at managing our property for us and finding a tenant to occupy the home. They provided us with quality service the entire time. Being new to the process of renting out a property they did everything they could to alleviate any concerns that we had, and answered many questions. Todd and Action Team were amazing to work with. He was my agent and helped me buy my house last year. He gave me great advice every step of the way, but wasn't pushy and did not appear to have any ulterior motives. He is clearly very experienced and good at his job. He even followed up with me several times AFTER we closed to make sure everything was going smoothly. My only regret is not writing this review sooner. Go with Todd and Action Team, you will not be disappointed. They are truly the best.
