I absolutely love the staff at the Woodlands apartments. Cortez and Karla are super responsive and kind. The maintenance team handles issues swiftly and with ease.
The units are updated and clean, the gym is nice and the fire pit is serene.
I would highly recommend living in the Woodland apartment at North Hills. Make sure you check out Three Cellars and Smoked at 225!

Update (03/09/21): Changed my rating from a 4 to 5 because this site has been very good to us. From snow removal to communication, they’ve gone above and beyond.
Although we wish we would have chosen a larger floorplan because we are both working from home now (I just moved in with my significant other here), I like it so far. Plus, the 1x1 apartments are decently large in terms of square footage compared to other newer properties; we just wish we had an office now. The hallways and amenity spaces are clean, too. My only complaint is the price. For what we pay, I feel the amenities could be

Move in was a breeze and unit was spotless, even had new carpets installed before we moved in. We lived here for a year and in that time frame had two repair calls, once on the washer with a faulty button and once on the water heater because it began leaking. Problems were addressed fairly quickly. We lived on the 3rd floor and had a dog so the elevator was very useful but it was down for maintenance more than we had liked. Packages often times would be a little jumbled and would be delivered to the wrong building or to the main office where it may have had to sit all weekend because no one was

My husband and I have been living here for over a year and we continue to be very pleased with our new apartment home. The quality of construction and finishes makes our home truly "luxury" living.
The clubroom has come in handy for parties with a patio for our guests to enjoy sitting by the outdoor fire pit.
A true "pet friendly" community with walking paths for your dog, and outdoor pet stations.
We love being in walking distance to a Bistro for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
The Woodlands is a great apartment community!

The woodlands was the best place We've ever lived in. The only reason we moved is because we moved to Minnesota. The office staff is awesome, they plan lots of fun things for everyone. The apartments are luxury, with granite and stainless steel appliances. You are so close to Tosa and Brookfield and not too far from Downtown Milwaukee. You can literally walk to ally's bistro, three cellars wine bar or town bank from your apartment. They are also super pet friendly! Don't miss out. Thanks Tiffany and Team!
