My family & I have been going here since we moved to Durham two and a half years ago and always had a positive experience until today. I tried scheduling appointments for myself and 3 other family members and was told they will not allow more than 2 members of a family to schedule. Their reasoning was "If you cancel, we can't fill those appointments." First off, thanks for assuming I will cancel. Secondly, you claimed this policy was in place since at least 2016 since that's when the office manager told me she was hired to work there. If that's the case, why is it only today that I've been made

Visited this office for the first time yesterday after they made some space (same day) due to some irritation that cropped up suddenly. It was hands down the best experience and interaction I’ve had with a medical professional and their staff. Dr. Rosenstein is doing a lot of things well! I’m bummed my insurance carrier will not be covered after this month there. Keep up the great work!!

I used to really dislike going to the eye doctor. I'll be honest- I'm a horrible patient with ANYTHING close to my eyes. Dr. Rosenstein made me feel very comfortable, was very funny, and took the time to explain what he was doing so I wouldn't be so nervous. Not to mention, when I couldn't decide what kind of frames I wanted, the lovely lady (So sorry I can't remember her name!) helped me pick the CUTEST frames! They were a bit outside my usual style but I get compliments on them all the time and I love them so much! Everyone in the office made me feel welcome, comfortable, and created an atmosphere

I've been looking for a good Optometrist since I moved to North Durham 5 years ago. The Rosenstein Vision Center is excellent. They are friendly, courteous, and have excellent modern equipment. More importantly they listened to me and made sure they did a thorough examination of every abnormality in my eyes. Also their prices are exceptionally competitive.

Highly recommend these folks, always a breeze to come in for regular eye check-ups. Staff is friendly, the office is clean and stocked with the latest tech and tools, and Dr. Rosentein is just awesome. He’s funny but professional, puts you at ease and always takes time to show you what’s going on inside your eyes / explain what’s changed since last time (really cool if you’re in to how stuff works). They’re just super helpful, easily my favorite doctor to visit.

I've been wearing glasses for nearly 25 years and this is hands-down the most enjoyable, thorough optometry experience I've ever had. I felt so cared for and welcomed by everyone I encountered at RVC. Dr. Rosenstein was hilarious and attentive. The desk and fitting staff were so sweet and helpful. I can't recommend this practice enough!

Aaron Rosenstein is absolutely by far the best eye doctor that I have ever been to! The previous one I had I had for 6 years. No name, but truly awful. My daughter recommended Rosenstein Vision to me. Dr. Rosenstein and his associates, including his office staff are the absolute best hands down! Dr. Rosenstein explained everything to me so I could understand it. Kind, caring and compassionate. I would recommend his practice to everyone! Truly AWESOME!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!
