At Fusion, I have created a new practice model that is 'taking the business out of eye care.' Our success is primarily based on the service we provide and less on the products we sell. In my practice, I complete the majority of the examination with little reliance on technicians and assistants.

I would recommend Fusion Eye Care wholeheartedly. Wonderful staff, thorough eye exam. I didn't think there was anything wrong with the service at lenscrafters, myeyedr before this but it truly is different.
The prices are higher for sure so be wary of that if you need anything more than standard lenses. But I doubt they could compete with luxottica-owned offices or big chains.
I'll probably update when I get my glasses if the quality is better than lenscrafters (who has really dropped the ball recently).

I give it a 2 because it is clean, modern, and everyone there is nice...... but no designer frames, except for a couple. The handsome doctor has the assistant put all the product In Your eyes and checks your eyes, then he basically goes over what she just did. He didn't want to shake hands (he stated because of the corona virus) but you can take my suspect corona money? I also give them a two because my insurance recovers EVERYThING but they find something to have done to add a charge. They didn't give me a hassle transferring my prescription so that was good. But not what I expected

the doctor is unprofessional and really rude, he got wrong of the my prescription at least 3 times and i really doubt the 5 star is the fake 5 star, is what the India use some IT cheating tools to make it fake five star. please don't go there. $200+ wasted. do not trust this drunk and inpatient unprofessional doctor.

Absolutley amazing staff and care. Very polite and professional highly recommend!
The office it self is very fancy and customer service is over the top.
The doctor is very gentle and very polite ! Even though going to the eye doctor isn't normally an easy experience! I did not feel any discomfort.

Ordered a par of Oakley prescription glasses (not graphite) that were too painful for my nose and, not as I expected, they allowed me to get another frame that I would be happy with and reorder the appropriate lenses and I only had to pay the difference I. The cost of the frame. I originally gave a 3 star review in google but nothing but 5 stars from me. So glad that initial impressions of this place and service have been exceeded.

What a scam. I initially gave this location 5 stars but I am greatly disappointed about the integrity of their pricing and policies. I do not have insurance and spent nearly $500 out of pocket to get glasses. I was NOT informed I would need to come back in 30 days if I wanted contacts lenses. They insisted I have to pay another $200 to get my eyes checked again even though I was just in 3 months the ago! I understand a contact appointment is required but I am not okay with paying for the same service twice. They would not offer the contact appointment only and will NOT be getting my business again

Wow, not only did Dr. Bassiri work hard to get me the best prescription for my disappointing results from multifocal lens inserts but his staff is just the best. My puppy just gnawed through the earpieces of my glasses! Because they were still under warranty, Margaret did all she could to get the frames replaced. But, they were no longer available. So today I am picking up my brand new glasses, both frames and lenses, free of charge. That's just above and beyond! Thanks to all the staff at Fusion Eyecare!

I can say with complete honesty that Fusion is a doctor's office in which I don't mind sitting. It is (almost) disappointing that I only visit Dr. Bassiri and his team once a year for my annual exam - everyone in the office displays a level of professionalism and friendliness that is both rare and refreshing.
Even though I only sit in his exam room once a year, Dr. Bassiri has never failed to remember my name, my occupation, and details from our last conversation. Year after year, I could not be more pleased with my experience here.

Mama says yes!! My daughter and I both get our eyes taken care of here. They are efficient, friendly, professional, and conscientious about your wallet. The office is modern and clean. The staff is friendly, and not that fake friendly stuff, they are really friendly people. And if nothing else, you should go see Dr. Bassiri's outfits... that man dresses like he's on the cover of GQ magazine! Nothing like a well dressed man. My glasses have my vision just as sharp as my contact lenses. In all my years, no one has been able to get my prescription so perfect... and I have astigmatism

Recently transferred over here from another practice and this place is awesome! First off the space is very nice and they carry a decent amount of actual fashionable eyewear. All of the employees are overtly kind and I was impressed with their level of service.
Dr. Bassiri is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. They have state of the art equipment and we're quick and efficient. I feel fully confident that they will be able to help me out with all of my optometry needs.
I'm having them put some lenses in some new Matsuda's that I ordered and I'll edit this review

I absolutely love this office! They did my very first eye exam and were wonderful. They were all so pleasant and answered all of my questions throughout the appointment. Dr. Bassiri is a delight and is exceptional at his job. I even had to go back to get an adjustment on my glasses and they were just as helpful and pleasant at that visit.
I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff are at this office. I have now been seen by both Dr. Bassiri's and they are absolutely phenomenal. Thank you again!

Absolutely the best eye care facility I've ever been to. I woke up a month ago with swollen, nasty, goopy eyes. It was a Sunday so I left a message on the emergency after hours line. The doctor called me back within an hour and set up an appointment that same afternoon. He determined I had seasonal allergies - brand new to me as a 24-year-old - and sent me on my way with a perscription. A few days later he squeezed me in on my lunch break for a quick check up and efficiently had me on my way with some new preventative allergy drops.

Dr. Bassiri has been my optometrist for several years now. He is the consummate professional, and is always pleasant to see. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to get to know you as well as answer any questions that you may have. I am very glad to have found this practice, and I hope that they never leave the area. I highly recommend making Dr. Bassiri your optometrist too!

My husband I had the best experience with Dr. Bassiri and staff. When we first walked in the staff was very inviting and and we were seen promptly. They were extremely attentive to our needs and hygienic. (Which is a big thing for us!) He performed the most comprehensive exam we've ever had and took the time to explain everything in detail and answer our questions. We would highly recommend him!
