Our team here at 30A Escapes is focused on going above-and-beyond to make sure our guests have a wonderful experience while staying with us in South Walton. We're so honored to host people from all over the United States (and world) in our luxury 30A rentals each week. We understand for many folks it's their one-and-only vacation for the year and that is a responsibility we take extremely serious.
Inlet Beach is ideally located on the east end of South Walton. It projects a laid-back, old Florida beach vibe but offers all the modern day amenities vacationers would expect. Inlet Beach features some of the best public beach access points in all of SoWal / 30A. You'll find Cobia Reef about 970 feet off the shores of Inlet Beach Orange Street Regional Access.
Ideally located next to Rosemary Beach, The Pointe On 30A is an amenity rich resort with something for everyone in your group. In addition to the prefect location (just a 5 minute walk to downtown Rosemary Beach), guest enjoy luxury amenities such as the resort pool, hot tub, fitness center, Tesla charging stations, rooftop sunset cocktail area and prime beach access.

Extremely poor Customer Service. Incredibly disappointing. After a day at the beach with my wife & daughters, I arrived back at our property with two random men in our home. They said they were maintenance men with 30A and were here to change a filter. At NO POINT we're we ever notified that this would be happening. We were also under the false impression that no one had the door code except for us. My two young daughters were terrified at the thought that random men could silently walk in to your house in the middle of the night because they had the code! When

We recently rented a property from 30Aescapes and it was very disappointing to say the least. I rented a property that stated there was "private deeded beach access just 50 steps from the master bedroom", we were given a gate code for the private beach access, and upon our arrival the gate code did not work. Luckily a nice couple let us in for our sunrise photo session. We later came back to the beach and set up our chairs on the beach. 30a Escapes rented us a condo under active renovation. When we showed up they were completely unresponsive and unsympathetic to this fact. Having open buckets of grout and power tools exposed wasn't safe for our 18 month old and is beyond absurd as a rental. They additionally expected us to allow workers into the property while we were actively staying there to continue the construction (having no idea who these workers were, their background or trustworthiness -- again with my pregnant wife and toddler with me). We rented a beach house for a week in Seaside.
Though the location was great and the bones of the house were nice...the customer service was fair at best.
First - there were NO BEACH TOWELS in the beach house. We flew here and had no room for beach towels but even if we did, who doesn't provide beach towels in a high end beach house?!?!
The furniture in the home is dated, especially in the living room.
The dining room has no lighting, not even overhead - just a dark corner in the front of the house. We had to move a lamp from a bedroom in there and we bought some candles for the EMPTY candle

Do not rent from this company. Check reviews here and on Google, this property management company does not care about their properties, or their guests.
We rented a property in PCB from them, and it was honestly the most awful experience we've had. We didn't receive check in information until almost 1.5 hours after our check in time, so we sat on our car waiting and had to repeatedly contact them to even get access to the house. Once we got into the property, it was freezing cold, and the nest thermostats were locked. This began our daily calling and emailing them for codes and basics

Reviews posted on the 30A Escapes rental site are either fake or old. I tried posting an honest review of a disappointing experience 9/26-10/1/20 that included the great things and the bad things alike. The review was captured and uploaded according to their website, but never posted. They are filtering their reviews! Yes, the view is lovely. Yes the house fit our large party perfectly. Yes, the beds were extremely comfortable. Yes, the included beach gear and cart was exactly what we needed. In progress. Will update as we receive any service. 44 E Water street. Checked in today, arrived way before check/in but previous guests were gone. Went and hung out at the pool until we heard that the house was ready, six hours later we received a message that the house was ready but the AC was not working. Granted the house was ready at 4 PM which was normal check-in. We arrived to two workmen installing window units in the bedrooms. Two hours later with window units it is still over 80° in the bedrooms. And after numerous voicemails and text messages no response from the property management

Beware this company!!!! It started with a pretty uneventful reservation and deposit on a rental in Rosemary Beach almost 6 months out from our desired time. It's turned into a headache that was perpetuated by, in our opinion, laziness and ignorance. The rental we reserved was then, this last week (2/17/19), moved, by the owner to a new management company. They contacted us and told us about the situation and even gave us the new management company to contact if we saw fit. Mind you we had already paid a $1400 deposit on this rental to this management company, so we asked for other options
