Lucia was the young lady who conducted all the tests before I met the Doctor, and she did not disappoint. She was patient, polite, professional, and very thorough.
The Doctor took his time, he didn’t rush the consult. He listened to my concern and provided me with options. He provided explanations I could understand and make an intelligent decision from.

Beautiful place with friendly and professional staff. Both Dr. Fidler and Dr. Schramm provided me with excellent care. They were both thorough knowledgeable and kind. I’ve been twice now to Dr Fidler‘s office and had a great experience on both occasions. The first time I went I got glasses that lasted me a long time and we’re extremely durable. My second time seeing them they could have gotten me to buy new glasses but told me I didn’t need them…I respect that kind of honesty! I will absolutely return to this office each and every time I need to see an eye doctor.

I have chosen to have my eyes examined, cared for and when appropriate, treated by Dr. Fidler for more than twenty years because time and time again he proves himself to be a top flight professional in his area of expertise.

I am an out of state visitor and had an eye issue. Never having had an eye issue before, on any level, I was very nervous in general about it and being in a strange place, made me even more apprehensive. I scheduled a same day appt and walked in. It was a great experience from start to finish. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The Dr was also outstanding. I am sensitive around my eyes and am not an ideal patient. They were amazing... Highly recommend

This is absolutely the very best eye care shop in town. The service is personal and thorough. They know their patients and treat them like friends. Dr Fidler is very thorough with his eye exams and you don't feel like you are being rushed out. He answers all your questions, and shows you exactly what he means with models and pictures in the exam room. He's the best.

I unfortunately missed my flight and we stayed at a nearby hotel, being I wear contacts, I needed to get dime eye solution to get me thru till I get home, being luggage had been already shipped, and I had no car to get me to a drug store. I looked up on yelp of anything that was close.
I called and told them of my situation and they helped me out at no charge.

This office staff (Samantha, Diana, Priscilla) & Dr. Fidler are the epitomy of customer care, knowledge & professionalism.
This is soooooooo generally difficult to find in South Florida (transplant from NJ/NY).
All that being said, after a #of visits, the doctor is not always the one to follow thru & overall not the most qualified for finding contacts resolutions for complex eye prescriptions/measurements.

I have been going to Dr. Fidler for close to 20 yrs. I was referred to him by a surgical opthamologist, to coordinate my Lasik surgery follow-up care. He is the most thorough eye doctor I have ever been to in Florida, and his practice is run like a concierge practice. I have sent many friends there and have only had positive feedback.

Friends referred me to Dr. Fidler a few years ago and I'm really happy with the care and service I receive from him and his team. He deployed some advanced examination technology when some irregularities appeared in my preliminary tests. As a result, he discovered I have early macular degeneration, and has me on a regimen of supplements and vitamins that may be able to stop it in its tracks. He has a nice, conservative selection of frames available, but you may want to go somewhere edgier on South Beach if you have more exotic fashion proclivities.
