Services
They are both residency trained in ocular disease management from fully-accredited residency programs. Only approximately 10 percent of graduating optometric physicians complete residencies. Our board-certified, licensed optician, Vincent Campbell, has over 30 years of experience and has been a part of our practice since its inception.
With Dr. Chen & Dr. Hargreaves Board-Certified Optometric Physicians, you will find the experienced, expert eye care services that you need. Our office provides comprehensive eye care and vision care services for patients from ages four to geriatric. Our eyewear selection also includes budget-friendly fashion eyewear all with a one year warranty against manufacturer defects.
Dr. Justine Chen is originally from Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies, where she graduated high school as the top student in the twin island nation. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree cum laude in Zoology at the University of Florida and her Doctorate in Optometry magna cum laude from Nova Southeastern University where she received an award for excellence in clinical performance.

I called to make an appointment and the person who answered the call told me to call back the next day because he was working by himself and doesn’t make appointments. This was frustrating since I had previously called and left a voicemail and my call was never returned. If a person is going to be in the office by himself, shouldn’t he have the training to help people who call? It was a disappointing experience because it’s not customer oriented. I’ll try again tomorrow.

Doctor think she has a genius IQ but not sure if that is true if she has workers who are uneducated, rude and do not take responsibility. The man in the front desk lacks social skills and do not seem competent to me. He order 2 glasses when I ordered 1 so I hope he didn't do it just to charge the insurance. The lady at the front made a mistake and did not even apologized.

Read the other reviews and be prepared !!! This office IS extremely unprofessional. Been waiting in glasses for 8 weeks. They refuse to even take the time to check if the glasses came in!!! BTW they do not give refunds!!! They gentlemen in the front desk, NEEDS TO GO!!!!! Such a GREAT Dr to be misrepresented by careless, unprofessional individual!!!! Save time n money, literally go anywhere else !!!

Dr Chen is a fantastic eye doctor, gives a quality eye exam and communicates well!! Love this office, it is comfortable and welcoming! Vincent is the best when it comes to picking out frames, he is very honest and takes the time to make sure they are the right frames for your face and comfortable to wear!!

One of the worst docs I've ever seen. After waiting weeks for an appointment, and then for 1/2 hour in the waiting room (the most uncomfortable chairs imaginable) someone whom I assume was Dr. Chen called me in (she didn't bother to say hello or introduce herself), rushed through a vision exam, would not address any of my questions or specific concerns, then gave me a piece of paper and said, without further explanation 'here is your prescription." I have specific needs in glasses that she would not allow me to describe, how could this be my prescription?. The doc was rude,, argumentative, and

If I could give no stars at all-- I would. I really hope the Dr's read this reviews. The ladies that answer the phone (Sandy and the other lady)are RUDE! The ladies continued to hang up on me (on 8-29-18)after I asked why I received a missed call. Sandy rudly said "Do you have a voicemail, then CHECK IT!!" STAY AWAY FROM THIS DR's OFFICE unless you want them to disrespect you and show how UNPROFESSIONAL THEY TRULY ARE!!!I even asked them to inform the gentlemen (at the front desk) to call me back and something so simple as to relay the message they couldn't even do. I would NEVER in a million years

If I could give this a zero I would... My family and I have been going here for over 8 years. I brought my 89 year old mom in and Dr Chen was rude, unprofessional and dismissive, very rough. I and the rest of my family will no longer visit this office. Its too bad because Dr Hargraves her spouse is a good man and intelligent. So much for customer service and the young girl behind the desk gives you no smile no hello nothing! You just lost 4 long time customers. This was yesterday 9/21/18.
