Dr Bascome and his team are always willing to help. I now need glasses after years of perfect vision. The Dr. tried me on one set of lenses, but they weren’t working out. I made them aware of this and I was seen within a couple of days to troubleshoot. After reexamination we are trying a different set. Regardless of outcome, their willingness to help to get it right is why I’ve left this review.

I don’t have words to express how I consider myself to be blessed to have been seen a this location. I was absolutely astound, appreciative and grateful as the examination was very thorough. The doctor explained every step along the way to my mother. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for proficiency and diplomacy coupled with professionalism. I would give them 10 stars!!

I've been to Broward Eye Care twice. I have seen both Dr. Klein and Dr. Bascomb. Both are great. They explain things and answer questions patiently. They eem to take their time with the exam. I don't feel rushed. The staff has been very nice and respectful. The optician is helpful. I'm quite happy with Broward Eye Care so far.

Great experience for my first appointment, my vision was thoroughly tested, results were explained well to me, as well as my options. Besides instilling the impression of having lots of experience and expertise, I find it very important that it was such a friendly environment and I felt the entire team cared to do what it takes to find the right solution for my vision. This team is awesome! I had an issue early in the morning when I woke up in Maryland, but had to catch a flight. Eye got worse on the flight and made a same day appointment while in the air. This team got me in quick, diagnosed me and got me out already feeling much better. I highly recommend them. Thank you team!

Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The assistant guided me through all the tests and was very kind and thorough. The staff provides a pleasant and comfortable environment. I have been a patient of Dr. Klein’s for many, many years and he is still the best ! My whole family sees him. He’s the best !
